They come every day to clean the rooms. The bed was so comfortable

The app said breakfast included but they don't have breakfast because they don't have much staff something they need to explain on the app.

Beds were very comfortable. Myhusband went down for breakfast Friday morning and said it was very good. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and suggested we go out to see boot camp graduation at Paris Island if our schedule allowed. We would not have thought to do this if he had not suggested it.

Not much water pressure from shower head. The soap had not scent, but it lathered really well. We went out and bought soap because my husband likes soap with. “clean” smell.

I liked the room, and everyday they came to get the trash and bring fresh towels I loved that, breakfast was great, except on Monday they serve no breakfast without no warning, the they lady that serves breakfast was Awesome!!, and so was the housekeepers

The only thing I didn’t like was I had to pay upfront, never had to do that at one of those 5 star hotels. And the lady at the desk when we checked in was very rude and the manager said nothing as he stood there. We was there on a church revival that we come to yearly From all over the world so we all know the good hotels, so hopefully they will work on the rudeness from the one day at desk because the other ladies was Awesome!!! And having some kinda fruit or something to give guests on mondays. If they fix that they will be awesome cause they got something good going over there !!! I could get coffee and hot tea everyday except on Monday, everyone don’t check out early on mondays!! but thank you have letting me stay at your hotel and I will you nothing but greatness, God Bless

It was surprisingly quiet on Friday and Saturday for as packed as it was with graduating recruits families and transitioning Marines etc. Room was nice, beds comfortable, easy check in, easy checkout, and they have a semi decent breakfast offering!

For as many repeat texts that I received from the property about easy check out (which we did by replying out), rating our stay, etc, you think someone could of emailed us the receipt like specified so many times that it would be but, wasn’t. WE NEED THAT RECEIPT PLEASE! It smelled like stale smoke, mold, and funk, the staff (all of the ones we saw or interacted with) were not friendly or approachable most of the time. Just indifferent and abrupt with answers, going through the motions kind of stuff. No smiles or welcomes! However, I understand the volume of traffic that comes through the hotels in this area can be frustrating as well as overwhelming, Customer Service is key! #ravingfanservice

The rooms were very nice and clean. The facility was nice overal.

I didn't like the guy who hovered over the breakfast. He was rude and loud. There should be someone personable there to help. Not hover over you and make you feel unwelcome.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good for us.

Breakfast was not offered on our 2nd day so we never had a chance to try it. Wish hotels now offered larger pillows and better quality paper products. My husband had TWO DIFFERENT people who were sitting outside door in hotel's chairs ask him for money. They hung around the first afternoon we were there and also were very loud and arguing. NOT GOOD for any business. On second day we were there a car load of people were hanging around near driveway entrance also loud and arguing. We've stayed here before with no problems like these.

Clean, easy check-in and location was a little far from the destinations we choose to visit but it’s closer than some in the area. Overall value for money here is pretty great compared to others in the area as the bathroom had a great shower head/space.

Welll, they have an indoor pool but it was too cold to even use to me. There were still kids that managed to get in and enjoy it. The curtains in the room are also a little wasteful, they have curtains dark ones on the outside, then sheer and then another layer.. wasteful part is that first layer as it doesn’t close just seems so excessive.

Some of the other reviews were bewildering. BTW, due to medical conditions, I'm pretty picky about hotel accommodations (hard for me to get comfortable). We live only an hour & a half away, but because we were going to the Hwy 21 Drive in (love that place) which ends so late we decided to stay over but were nearly dissuaded after reading some reviews. I honestly can't imagine we're talking about the same place. Our stay was great! Our room was on the 3rd floor & perfectly clean & comfortable. Location was great. Teresa at the desk was delightful, as were folks we met at check out. Hot breakfast is served most mornings. We plan to return soon. Stay was great.

The room was absolutely perfect. There was a lot of space for the price -- two full/queen beds and a pullout, so my teen girls did not have to sleep together. The beds were so comfortable, I almost missed my son's graduation from Marine basic training. :-)

COVID is real, I get it, but the "breakfast" included in the rate sucked!! We were not told at check-in that the breakfast was modified. We were handed a brown paper bag with a water, a granola bar and a cup of yogurt in it.

The seperate rooms. The coffee station. The beds were super comfy. The staff was wonderful! Parking was ample and easy! Vending machines were awesome!

Wish the pool were open a little later and a little earlier, like 8 or 9am to 11 or 12 pm. When I visit, I'm there for a week and am gone most of the day. Evenings are full with other families and children, which is understandable but would like to be able to swim laps later or earlier. Only reason I picked the place, for an indoor pool.
