The value is probably where this is the best. It's a 3 star and you get what you pay for but was still very clean. The breakfast was pretty good, small area but it gets the job done. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool because of rainy/overcast weather.

Front desk person started off seemingly in a bad mood, but we are pretty friendly people, so she lightened up and laughed pretty quickly. Makes me believe people who say bad hospitality for these people just approach wrong. AC unit is very loud but is very responsive to the thermostat in the room which is good. If you want to watch streaming services bring a streaming stick.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

First of all I called ahead and they didnt have our reservation. Had to call booking.com and they called the hotel. When we checked in, we went to our assigned room opened the door, only to find it was occupied!! I think only one elevator was working so we had to wait a long time on it. The elevator and hallways were very hot and stifling! The water pressure in the shower was awful! The continental breakfast was not very good. Dumped our plates after 2 bites and went to McDonalds

We reserved a double queen suite for the weekend for my daughters cheerleading competition. The suite was very clean and very spacious. It was perfect for traveling with two children. The early morning breakfast offered was SO GOOD with a good variety of things to choose from! Staff was welcoming and assisted us with all of our needs. We also really enjoyed the variety of restaurants within a mile radius of the hotel! We also enjoyed utilizing the mobile digital key. It was more convenient then trying to keep up with the actual card keys. We had a very pleasant stay.

Wish the suite had trash bags in the room prior to check in. We had to go and ask front desk for them. The shower/tub took so long to drain. The water would accumulate at the bottom of the tub while taking shower and took so long to drain empty.

Breakfast was great! Pool was small but never crowded, my girls enjoyed! Location was great, close to everything, walking distance to restaurants,.drug store and dollar store. Renee at the front.desk was super nice and professional. Definitely will return!

The pull out sofa was uncomfortable but aren't they all.

The Hampton Inn standard and quality was well shown throughout the property.

I didn't like the fact that my card was charged an extra $15 for "incidentals, in case I had any charges to my room," without my knowledge. The price was adjusted and returned back to the original booking price upon checkout. But, the fact that it was charged without my knowledge or consent, in the first place, did bother me. And, when I asked the girl about it at check-in (my card had already been charged that morning, which I had expected), she wasn't exactly sure why it was there, but did tell me to inquire at checkout and it would be explained and should be taken off then.

Breakfast was OK. Fitness center was good. Staff were all exceptional.

The front desk woman who said she was a manager because I did ask to speak to one , was short and rude . I have stayed at this property for 3 years as I travel to the area for work , she is new there to my knowledge , however she was extrey rude without going into total conversation but it was related to the rate a Hilton awards honor member gets ( which I am ) And she did not honor !

The staff was very friendly and professional; The room was super comfortable, spacious, nice and really clean; Beds were comfortable; The amenities were great; Breakfast was really good and had a lot of selection; The location was close to everything; Quiet location. We will definitely stay at this location again when we are visiting Charleston.

The staff was wonderful friendly and knowledgeable about sites and places to eat. Breakfast was great and Mrs. Bernice was cleaning and replacing ever moment. Wonderful experience.

Clean environment, sheets, walls everything was wonderful experience was exceptionally wonderful at the Hampton inn. My family and I left our original hotel the comfort inn it was filthy dirty sheets, dirty walls and the bathroom had black mold a leaking toilet and insects. We reserved 2 rooms 1 for 590.00 with 2 beds for 4 nights and the 2 second room 1king bed for 3night and paid 410.00. And we where not reimbursed the money spent however The Hampton in for 2rooms we spent an additional 310.00 but it was worth e very penny the Hampton inn was a God sent. Thank you

Very clean, quiet, & comfortable. Breakfast room was airy & pleasant. Liked the availability of tea ,& coffee in the lobby.
