Central to restaurants, shopping, and various activities. Couldn’t hear neighbors. Great selection of breakfast foods (except needed a few different yogurt flavors). Nice staff. Lots of parking. Soft and firm pillows were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. Provided Dove bath products (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion). Hallways were nice and cool which was nice coming from the hot and humid Charleston weather.

A little difficult to get out of parking lot due to traffic. Bed was very high so I had a hard time getting into the bed (I’m 5’2”) and bed was very firm/hard. A/C didn’t get cool enough during the day. Room stayed humid feeling. Hallways were cooler than the room. A little too pricey for my budget.

I liked the fact that the hotel clerk at the time refunded $2 to me after the vending machine on the 3rd floor took my $2 when I tried to get an orange fanta drink, which I was craving at the time. I also appreciate the fact that one of the staff members went out of his way and bought me an orange fanta drink. If my memory is correct, his name is Tyrone. He did not have to do that, but i was craving that drink. I also LOVE LOVE the fact that check in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check out time is at 12:00 noon. That allowed me more time to rest. Please don't change that because I will be staying at that Holiday Inn Express the next time I'm in Charleston.

3rd night in a motel on our road trip to Florida from Maine. This one was the best!. Pleasant check in experience. Room was great! Separate comfortable seating area from bed with large TV. Tiny sink/ kitchenette with microwave and good sized fridge. Bathroom roomy with Great hot water/ pressure!! Bed comfortable with 4 body length pillows I loved 😍. Only complaint is although breakfast included was the best selection of the three motels , it was lukewarm. Had veggie omelet egg whites, waffles, turkey sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, cereals hot cinnamon rolls. Great selection!! Hubby and I will remember this one for next year. Plan on going back.

Over all the breakfast was very good. The pancakes need improvement and the coffee was a little strong. However, the cinnamon rolls and sausage made up for the experience. The lamps in the room need to be updated so you can charge your phones and the refrigerator needs a freezer portion. We had a wonderful stay and plan to stay again when we travel to Charleston.

The breakfast was nice and the staff was very helpful. There was sufficient choices for all. The beds were comfy and clean. The queen beds felt more like a full and a queen. The cleaning staff was super nice. The night security guard was kind and insisted that we not walk alone in the dark. Like the added security that you had to have a key to get in after dark.

I wish the parking lot was better lit. It was dark. Not enough parking had to park in overflow lot. (However there were a lot of construction workers parked in the lot taking up several spots)

The hotel was wonderful. What I especially liked was the privacy factor. You did not hear noise coming from the hallway or other rooms. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was explained that a fee would be added to my credit card in case I wanted to purchase something. I didn’t care for that practice, even though it would be reimbursed to my card if I didn’t purchase anything. I would abolish this practice.

I booked this hotel at the last minute, and it exceeded the expectation. The bedding was amazing. the room was clean. It was raining ridiculously hard outside. The attendant let me use his umbrella to run to the car and get my laptop so it doesn't get wet.

It was very clean, the location, and the staff was very friendly. The beds were also very comfortable. No bugs or rodents at all.

There were people in a room above ours on the 4th floor who had a child/children that constantly ran and stomped all night, late at night, and early in the morning. It was quite irritating until we finally fell asleep but more irritating being woke up early from it.

Complimentary hot breakfast was good. Location is unmatched with Walmart and a movie theater less than 5 minutes away. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

I wish the fitness center had weights and towels. That would definitely be appreciated.

The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is a little out dated, and it had a stale order. The carpet in the hallways had lumps in it like it was old.
