The rooms were updated and comfortable. There was also plenty of parking. I only parked in the spaces right in front of the hotel, but the parking lot seemed to be decently lit (very important for families or those traveling solo). The staff were all very welcoming and willing to answer our questions. Great customer service! The location is also great! There were several restaurants, the mall, and other retail stores all within a short distance. It was also not far from I-26 so it was easy to travel to various places in Charleston.

Honestly, there isn't much I did not like. I would have personally preferred queen-sized beds. Also, I would suggest providing some sort of bag to bring down soiled towels in exchange for clean towels.

The room was awesome! The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but it was easy enough to go to the store and grab something. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Also, I loved that they had full sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower.

The only niggle naggle was that both the shampoo and conditioner bottles seemed to have shampoo in them. But, that is a small complaint versus an excellent stay.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was a little outdated but nice for the price. The staff was friendly. Love that the location was near the mall and that we didn't have to drive far for food or the grocery store.

Woke up at 3am to use the bathroom and noticed a roach crawling on the nightstand.

The staff here are tremendous!! Special thanks to Trevor and all the front desk folks for making my stay pleasurable. They were marvelously responsive and kind. Thank you for all of your help!

Was pleased to see that they have been freshening this place up since my last stay 4 months ago. New carpeting. Fresh paint. New furniture. New drapes. Even the elevator has been updated...

Not much to complain about.

The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs and requests. If there was a problem the immediately tried to correct it.

The elevator was not friendly. I got hit by the doors closing several times. The didn't always retract immediately.

It was very nice. Far exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at the room and facility.

There was nothing that I did not like. I was totally pleased by my stay.

I liked how well-lit the parking lot was at night. We checked-in fairly late (12am) the receptionist greeted us with such a good mood and asked how our drive was, and even recommended some good breakfast places.

Only thing that caught my eye was our curtains they were a little dirty,bother than that I’ll definitely be staying here again when we return to the area.

Water needs to be a bit warmer (was Luke warm) but they just had it fixed literally right before arriving so it may have just needed some more time.

I was not offered breakfast. Also, I was not offered a welcome package when I arrived to the hotel as I observed other guests being provided with a package when I was checking out.

The beds were too small.
