Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charleston North/Ashley Phosphate

Hotel was beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful. Faith F. in breakfast area was sweet and personable. Both she and the gentleman who worked it did a great job. Huge and varied foods. Rooms clean, lighting pretty good including lamp on each side of bed. Great parking.

The pool water was green and appeared to be unclean and therefore, unsafe. As hot as the weather was, even the construction guys were sitting around the pool, but nobody swam during our 3 day stay. Breakfast was wonderful, but each day the different melons were bordering on bad.

Cindy, at the front desk, checked me in and went above and beyond to get me the room I wanted. Awesome Breakfast, served by the loveliest of Ladies, Faith. My room was spectacularly comfy and clean, the staff made sure I had everything I needed.

Pool wasn't open, kind of a bummer. The traffic in the area, yikes! But great location :)

Thank you for the personal touch. Adding a card in my room it was really nice. The time they took to make the card and write some nive to each guest. That is really special. Well done this is amazing service.

People just walk in and not staying in the hotel security needs to be better.

The breakfast was incredible. Each staff member were outstanding with customer service including Jermaine making breakfast to Anthony, Jason, Pete, Brenda. Not that we had any issues, they just were very kind and knowledgeable when we asked for information or to answer questions.

The only thing we would have changed was the circumstance for the visit (a funeral) and weather. (rained everyday). While we agree, Bonvoy is absolutely wonderful, we don’t think that is really anything they could have done with either of those situations! But thank goodness the Bonvoy standards and accommodations provided a serene and accommodating place.

Front desk staff was nice. Room was clean. Had a very comfortable stay.

The lobby is not very inviting. Looks like a lobby of a 2 star hotel. There are only two chairs available and not a place to hang out. Also, parking lot is small. If you came back late at night from dinner you won't be able to find a parking spot (when hotel is fully booked). I had to park at a shady next door Econolodge motel. Scary.

The clerks at the frond desk doth check in and out were very nice. The lady doing Sunday morning breakfast did a great job everything was well prepared and she kept up with cleaning and keeping good and coffee supplied. Thanks

Everything was very nice

The breakfast, the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The coffee was actually good and bagels were fresh.

I didn't like the fact that the pool wasn't clean. I took the initiative to scrub the green stuff from the walls.

very clean, room smelled nice, good location from Tanger Outlet and the airport.

The only thing there was a person downstairs at breakfast doing a whole lot of coughing. In the near future you might want to enforce mask around the food area.
