Didn’t like the stairs too much , The bannisters were shaky & maybe all the stairs need to work here & there for safety reasons ; but the room was great , we loved the spacious rooms and the overall apartment condo feel but there were no small trash cans in the room at all ; we loved all the people at the front desk we met while there , They were friendly & responsive to all requests like when we didn’t find a remote they brought me a remote immediately which was missing on arrival from the room ; the couch / day bed needed repairs but was comfortable as a couch as long as it was propped against the bed to hold one part of the back up ; will stay there and at Hawthorns again & again now !

Needed more parking space’s

I like that the receptionist was understanding do to my situation of me booking the room and even though I had my booking information and my room was not book and my money was gone off my card she still comndated me

I didn't like the fact I paid for a room then I get to the room to find out I was never book for that room then when I call to verify the lady who received my call hung up on me and the front desk where I book the room!!!

The rooms are nice. It was clean.

The yard keeper feels like she has the right to just walk into your room, make sure you lock the bottom lock EVERY TIME YOU ENTER THE ROOM die walked in on me and my fiance making love and didn't even apologize just slammed the door behind her. Then at 9 am. Mind checkout is at 11 she came in again!!! Told me to clean up my table bc I had nail polish out it smelled like rubbing alcohol (i had to get the other polish off) and she was so rude telling me to clean up my mess.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. They were able to answer the questions that I had. It was quiet in the building. The room was nice. It was bigger than I expected. There was a closet as you walk in with a chair, table with a lamp on the opposite side. There was a loveseat with a table and flat screen tv. There was a small balcony with sliding doors. We enjoyed watching the airplanes land. The king bed was comfortable. The sink was in an area outside of the bathroom. Overall, decent room for a decent price. We weren't too far from any place in the city. No more than 10 - 15 minute ride to view the city's many attractions. My friend stated that he was impressed with the room as well and he wants to stay there again. So, we will be back soon!!

The floor was a little sticky. The towels were a little old but I was able to get fresh ones from the office. The tub didn't drain while showering.

I loved how involved and helpful the property manager was. He was friendly and escorted me to the correct corridor. The room was large, and had spacious amenities. I continuously brag about the price I paid and size of room I attained.

There was a slight cigarette aroma within the room, but that is excusable because everything else was fantastic. It was a last minute booking, completely worth it.

Clean , affordable and very spacious

I only didn’t like that there was no dishes in the room . I feel we should’ve had forks plates, cups, basic necessities, that would be in a kitchen, especially if there was a fully equipped kitchen in the room. Parking is hell towards the end of the night. There should be a additional parking space to accommodate the guest.

I liked how big the room was

I didn't like the fact they still have not gave me my deposit back they were supposed to give it back to me when they clean the room and looked at the room make sure there was no damage that room ain't got no damage to it and I checked out before 11:00 and I still ain't got my deposit back

They are very friendly. It's very peaceful. Very easy to deal with. We can just walk to the front desk and get another night if we wanted to with no problems. The Privacy is very nice. It's very relaxing. The people at the front desk is helpful.

No parking. And it's kinda a hassle to get some bed linens.

It was just like a Studio Apartment with a full service kitchen. the bed was very comfortable , breakfast was available.

The fireplace was not working, the toilet was clogged when we got here, there was no coffee maker available in the room but the coffee cups, Coffee Pods and the condiments were available in the room. only one towel in the room and it was very very old.

the property it makes feel like you had your apartment it was nice suite. the bed was some what comfortable, I like how it settled up it was a diff look for suite. I would come back here

the kitchen floor was vey slippery for me and my daughter we had to be very careful wen went inside the kitchen area. it apparently wasn’t he floor was greasy from cooking I guess. they had a coffeemaker that wasn’t working . they had bugs on the walls and bugs in the bed my daughter was scared like twice from it . it wasn’t a roach it was red and tiny . they charge you $100 deposit I don’t like that part of it either.
