Front staff was very nice. Accommodated us with an early check in. Room was very clean and large.

The price from booking.com wasn't the same as tge hotel. The hotel charged me about $45 more.

The breakfast was hot and delicious. A varity of food. The bathrooms were spotless. Not one speck of mold in the shower or on the shower curtain. We checked for bed bugs and discovered they had the mattress encased in a bed bug protector. It was spotless under the bed and headboard area also. The bed was very comfortable. They supplied full size Dove products in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handwash and lotion. It was so good.

That the pool was outside and it was a little too cool to swim. That really doesn't reflect bad on the hotel tho, you just asked what I didn't like. And this was the only thing.

We wanted to be near Charleston Southern University, so location was great for us. Also, the value was great compared to other hotels we looked at. The rom was spacious enough to allow for some work at the desk. Enjoyed and used the mini fridge. We did not use the breakfast or other facilities.

The room was very large (I calculate that the combo of room+bathroom = 15ftx30ft), the breakfasts were very, very good), the AC was not the sort that makes a loud noise that wakes you up... instead, it provided a reasonably quiet, steady stream of cool air. The room was over all comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was nothing that I disliked about my stay.

The property was in a great location. We were traveling for a wedding and the location was 10 minutes away from the wedding location and 10-20 minutes from all shops and stores. Many of the days were rainy while we were visiting and there was a Chuck E. Cheese not too far from this location.

The second elevator was out of order.

The breakfast was amazing! So many fresh choices and a hot buffet! Not just your ordinary pastries and cold cereal.

The pictures on Booking.com need updated because I chose a Jacuzzi like tub with King size bed and it was just a ordinary bathtub. Also, the air conditioner wasn't that great... Even on COLD/HIGH all night we were still warm.

Considering everything, it is a good value. It is clean, the beds were comfortable, pillows were perfectly fluffy, shower with strong water pressure. Breakfast was good; I loved the pork sausages and gravy. The location is quiet.

It is a little far from must-see places and great restaurants.

The location was excellent customer service was excellent and the room was very comfortable especially the bed. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. I enjoyed the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a smell as in the smell of the bathroom when I walked in the door.

The breakfast was very good. It was always hot and plenty of portions available. The staff was polite and helpful. The room staff was helpful and provided room items when needed.

The patio furniture could be updated. Everything was nice.

the complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The refrigerator in our room made a ticking noise the entire night, both nights, and we did have to kill a roach.
