Having a full unit with a kitchen was great for our family. The location was also very central and easy to get to everything.

While the sheets/towels etc were all clean, the rooms did seem to be a bit rundown (cracks & chips, mold in the bathroom) and there were very few things provided (no onsite staff, no housekeeping, teeny tiny toiletries); I wish this had been more prominently communicated before I booked. The hotel staff was also very hard to reach, which was an issue when the code to our room was changed last minute without telling us, the wifi didn't work, and we couldn't ask about a late check out.

We loved the accomodations and the beds were comfortable. The location is great for shopping and close to the places we were visiting. I would stay again and I would recommend. No place is perfect, but this is close!

The only problem for us was that we did not have close parking while we were there. With 2 senior citizens, I had to drop them off and help them upstairs then drive to the parking lot, it was late and I didn't know I had to pay for parking before a certain time, so I went to another parking garage and called an Uber because it was late and 2.5 miles away. I should have planned better or asked, so I'm not putting the blame on anyone. Just my experience for others to learn from. If you are younger, you will enjoy the walk around town!

great location and very spacious inside

bedding was polyester and plastic feeling - so hot and sweaty. would prefer cotton!!

The location and layout was ideal.

Housekeeping left several items from previous guests in the cabinets and under the bed.

The location was perfect. So close to so many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Once we parked the car, we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we went.

Parking was a little bit far and unloading items was hard because of the limited street parking and construction going on. Also wish there was an elevator as we were on the 3rd floor and it was hard to carry up all of our luggage.

the location was perfect. the unit was amazing and perfect to rest after a long day walking the city. it is located in the heart of the shopping district and was close to gelato

there wasn't anything we didn't like. the beds were comfortable, technology was easy to use. the stairs are a little steep and the last tread to the second floor is taller than the others so it became a tripping hazard for my son.

After reading all the comments about the stairs, I was concerned about being able to access our room butTHERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE STAIRS!! They may be considered steep, but having arthritis, it was fine and nothing to be alarmed about. You’re in a 150 year old building and the renovations are great. If you want new construction, that’s where you need to stay. We had the 2 bedroom and it was clean and everything was in working order. Beautiful decor. We will definitely stay here again and send all our friends. This apartment was in the heart of Charleston and everything seemed to be within walking distance.

Parking is almost 2 blocks away, and with us leaving on the day after Elsa, it was raining and everything had to be carried as there were no available parking on the street.

Location and spacious well appointed

Bathroom wasn’t clean at checkin. Limited staff hours and no after hours hotline introduces risk for folks arriving late. Parking is 2 1/2 blocks away

Location was excellent , accommodations were very nice . Walking distance to everything you need . Hotel parking lot 5-7 minute walk from hotel . Spacious living area , granite kitchen with nice appliances , and nice deck off the bedrooms .

Bathroom was extremely small and door stuck every time when you closed it , no hooks to hang towels anywhere, 3 light bulbs out in bathroom vanity upstairs. Bathtub drain broken . Extremely loud at night from foot street traffic outside .

Loved being so close to everything without being in the middle of all the tourist sites. Apartment rooms were the perfect size. Apartment was a nice change over a hotel room. A house would have been too much (we've rented homes for longer stays in other places). Clean and modern traditional style fit perfectly with the area and most tastes. Most likely will stay here again when we come back. Staff extremely nice and constant updates via email/text were fantastic.

Slow running drain in shower bathroom. I wouldn't consider the kitchen well stocked. I would have been completely frustrated if we stayed longer. Only used for breakfast and found it bothersome.
