Personally , my spouse most def like the shower lights , we couldn’t stay out the shower if you know what I mean so the shower / bathroom is 10/10 , the bed was nice and comfy. 8/10 that’s what I would grade my overall stay here

Arrive to the hotel , staff wasn’t that friendly , he look as if I disturb his nap. Smell of the room wasn’t that great but it was passible. Last but not least you guys need to upgrade the TV and get better channels

I like how quiet it was. The cleanliness and the great customer service. I have stayed here before and will stay here again. We will be back in February for my son's 16th birthday. And we will be staying here again.

There is not anything I didn't like. Well actually I wished they would have had the free breakfast that was advertised. This time they did not.

We didn’t eat breakfast. If I could I would rate it 10. The bathroom was so clean and so was the room. Bed was great. Check-in staff were as nice as they could be. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.We will be going back in a couple of weeks and will be staying there again. Thanking staff for making it a relaxing and great experience.

I always ask for a late check out which third shift clears but this is the second time I'm getting woken up by housekeeping last time they tried to come into my room at 9:30am this time they tried to come in my room at 10:30 my check out was at 12 totally unacceptable

Got they had to wait a hour to check in after 4 before they didn’t have any housekeeping to clean room got the room clean after waiting a hour the room got half clean no toilet paper, no towels, etc. it was a nightmare. Plus we had baby roaches crawling around.

Safety and convenience to food locations and access to highways.

Free breakfast was pretty poor. No juice, no fruit or milk for cereal. Nothing but waffles available. Have had better breakfast at other Baymount hotels in other locations.

The area that the hotel was in was nice. My room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The remote for the TV in my room was not working but I just changed the channel manually...not a real big deal.

Valerie the receptionist was super nice and checked us in without a problem. Beds were comfortable. Hotel and room wete clean. Room was spacious. Hallways smelled fresh and clean. Would definitely stay again.

For the morning breakfast there wasn't any milk for cereal. Pillows need to be replaced.

Ms Lane was an extraordinary help. As far as getting my family in our rooms quicker and guiding me to mail my son military pictures off that was accidentally left behind in the room. She help printed out the labels and all. Thank you so so so so so much Ms Lane.

The towels was too small for my liking.
