This is the best of the best: friendly, helpful staff, *exceptionally* clean room, comfy bed... As I was only there one night, I didn't take advantage of the kitchenette, or the many amenities this location offered. Very impressed!

Like its non-suites cousin, Tru, these are prefab concrete structures, not unlike stacked building blocks. As such, there is precious little soundproofing built-in between rooms and floors. I had kids in a room above me, practicing wrestling by the sounds of it... and I could hear every word a couple said in the adjacent room while I lay in bed. If you want quiet, bring earplugs. I have some minor allergies, and a cleaning product used there gave me some discomfort. It was strong in the elevators, barely noticeable in my room. But the elevator, for a time, did me in!

I liked that the property was clean. I was in a hurry to find a convenient location to stay close to family while in town for a funeral. It was great to have free breakfast options & close to other food & quick shopping. The staff was very nice and asked if everything was okay with my stay each time I passed the front desk.

NA; personally I am not big on pet friendly hotels but this property was clean and I didn’t see any concerns.

We loved this hotel, it's roomy, well decorated, and having the full kitchen was great. The room was very clean, as well as the rest of the hotel, staff was great, and we loved all the little extras, like a welcome bag of snacks and waters when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

The first floor king suite was a perfect break during our long-distance move. The doggie bag for our two pooches was a big hit and the extra space in the suite for their travel kennels was great — we were comfortable and so were they. The breakfast was very good and the small selection of frozen food and the in-room microwave and fridge meant we didn't have to go out for dinner. Overall it was a great break during our long drive.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for our family of 6.

The pool had a mechanical issue so the kids were disappointed that they could not swim. Staff very apologetic for an issue out of their control.

this place was exceptional the people who were at front desk were very helpful and pleasant the room was very nice better than any other hotel I have stayed ,our Breakfast in the morning is great Job

Very clean and extremely comfortable. Had a large breakfast selection and a Duncan Donuts literally in the same parking lot. A lot to like about this hotel.

The only problem I had was the noise. the pool was supposed to be closed at 11pm but there were people yelling and screaming in the pool until 1 Am. my room was right above the pool so this kept me up for a while.

The room was nice and so was breakfast. I didn't received what I requested; which was 2 queen sizes. They assume a King was a upgrade . Had I been traveling alone or with spouse it would have been. It worked out because there was a sofa bed.

Not being informed of the room status. I was texted by customer services they could have texted me that information.

The location was perfect, staff friendly, room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, hot breakfast was great, and the price was extremely reasonable.

The overall friendly hospitality of the staff. The room was very spacious. The shower was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was great. Exceptional quality and cleanliness. Would recommend this hotel to anyone
