Massive problems with the staff: 1) the waiters and the people at the front desk are extremely rude 2) although there were a lot of workers walking around, there was a huge line at the reception. We waited almost 15 min just to check out 3) everyone is so slow, we waited 15 min for a coffee during breakfast 4) the staff is unhelpful and incompetent. We asked our waiter for a beer menu, he said there is no menu. We asked what kind of beer they have, he answered, we chose and ordered, then he came back and said that there was a mistake and that they do not have this beer. Frustrating

Friendly staff. All staff spoke to me and said hello.
I was in a king room for 2 people for 2 nights. Had only 3 sets of towels. No bath mat so had to use a towel for the floor. When I requested another set of towels, they were never delivered.

The breakfast was delicious (I shared with a coworker). But I had to leave before I could pay the bill and leave a tip...as I was rushing to get to my meeting.) It was added to my bill.
The breakfast manager was very nice but they seemed a little ill prepared for the morning to go orders. No silverware.

Staff was friendly and it was very clean and convenient.
Price was a little high, but it was graduation time. The fire alarm went off at 6:00 am during one of the mornings.

Very easy checkin room was nice and warm
Not enough parking and the over flow didn’t have enough lighting. As a woman I was kinda scared to park and walk back to the hotel

This property is very conveniently located to downtown, the common area is very clean, & the staff is super friendly.
The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner, other than that - great property!

No kids running through the halls so it was quiet. We'll definitely be returning just to get out the house.
That the rest of the parking is behind the building. The frig wasn't working in my room.

Spacious rooms
There was food left in our microwave and the light was broken in the shower but the beds were very comfortable. Felt like it was a little too pricy but overall would stay again.

While perfect for a lot of stroll down memory lane sights and scenery the best part of this property is the patio's and gym's. It was great to see families gathering in the pool or at the Barbecue's. I would recommend for an engagement party or a pre wedding bachelor/bachelorette party.
