There was a typical continental breakfast served. The lady serving and replenishing the food was more than typical- she was exceptional! She went out of her way to make lively conversation with my entire family. She was a complete joy. The General Manager was exceptional as well. He gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants and helped us when ours plans needed to change unexpectedly. As a matter of fact, every staff member we encountered was very friendly and courteous. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Only the bathroom had mirrors. I had 3 teenage and up daughters with me….could have used full body mirrors in the bedrooms

Over all I love staying here each time me & my husband comes to Columbia to visit our family we will be staying here.

Well the room we where in this time the rug had something that look like feces or poop by the bed on the floor and the bathroom has lots of small black ants in it. But other than that everything was ok.

Love this room the size and very comfortable 😍 kitchen area excellent the space was unbelievable.

They only thing that caught my eyes was the cleanliness of the love chair it was stain and nasty. I am O C D very bad and I observe things closely something I say well it's understandable but most cases I can't.

Plenty spacious for our family of 5.

Unfortunately the pool was closed due to unsafe chlorine levels. That was disappointing for the kids, but also not the fault of the hotel. Though maybe consider covering the pool when expecting rain to try to prevent.

I love the cleanliness of the hotel and the floor level that we where able to be on which was the 1st floor. The staff was very welcoming, the breakfast was good. Overall we will come again for our stay at TownePlace Suites.

It wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Very nice rooms, the front desk staff was so wonderful I am on a walker and they gave us a room on the first floor near the entrance. It is the best hotel experience we have ever had. The whole place was so inviting and clean as can be, love love love this place

Loved everything

The staff was very friendly, hot breakfast and a pool to sit by and read. The hotel was quiet even with many guests. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.

Nothing, everything was great!

The hotel was very clean with everything we were promised there, the rooms were spacious and comfortable the beds and pillows were very comfortable the pull out bed not so much but is to be expected generally with those beds. The breakfast was nice and full of everything the attended over it did an excellent job making sure everything stayed full and clean. The staff overall was very friendly and professional. We stay in Columbia about once a month and this is our hotel every time.

My room was fantastic, the size was great. Staff was wonderful and the outside accommodations were definitely up to par.

That my 19 yr old niece was sold alcohol without being carded, considering she doesn't look 21 or even 19, she looks about 16. Also the stove/oven did not work in my room

There was one thing I didn't like was the opening behind the night stand beside my bedroom beds.. Saw a baby spider crawl from behind it any my bed...good thing I saw it
