The hotel and room all seemed clean and taken care of. Possibly a recent remodel since the stairways seemed older. Room was very clean and bed clothes very white and fresh. Bathroom counter was a good size and plenty of water pressure in the shower. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy when pulling off the Highway nearby but was pleasantly surprised with the hotel.

Had to play with the door handle most of the time to open the door from the outside. Sometimes the key card wouldn't read either. May have been that particular lock. There was an odor in the elevator.

We were pleased with everything. The staff/owners were exceptional-very cordial and personable. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was also everything we could expect. We must travel to Columbia regularly for the unforeseen future. After trying multiple facilities, Best Western on Bush River Rd will be our go-to hotel from now on.

Very clean. This is the most important thing especially for a hotel of this price range. Highly recommend it as a cost-effective clean place. Also the breakfast was really good!

The third floor hallway where I was had an awful smell that made me want to throw up when I got off the elevator....Other than that everything smelled very clean, especially the lobby.

Excellent choices for breakfast. Well prepared and good access from our room. Check-in and Check-out were quick, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed our interaction with the couple at reception. In fact, we had many common interests and family experiences. Hope we can come back and visit with them.

Everyone who worked there was exceptionally nice, helpful, and most accommodating. We were very impressed with the quality of your people.

The price on our trip down to Florida (May 6-7) was a bit steep ($194.39), but the price on our return trip from Florida (May 9-10) was much more reasonable ($118.79).

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable.

The staff wasn't the friendliest, but they were efficient. For an inexpensive room, I thought it a bit ridiculous to also take a $100 incidental fee for the room for a one night stay. Similar hotels take a $50 fee or none at all. This was returned to us a couple of days after checking out, but it still felt a bit excessive considering that it almost doubled the cost of the room upon check in.

The complimentary breakfast was great! I also liked how cleanly the entire place was. When we pulled up it looked really small but you can tell the staff takes cleaning very seriously. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very quiet room.

Roach (live) on tile floor, bed was very lumpy, shower/tub floor was quite slippery.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was clean and functional.

The air conditioner was noisier than usual for a PTAC unitary system. It short-cycled and was extra noisy on compressor start-up and shut-down and kept us awake a good bit of the night.

My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!
