It was familiar at this point. I been coming and it was still comfortable beds, nice TV and clean room with a computer in the lobby.

I did see a dead baby roach in my bathroom. (But Miss Sylvia immediately called pest control). The next morning I wore a night gown to the kitchen area. It was to my knee but another guest found offense as if most people aren't wearing dresses even shorter. The other staff member made it her business to chastise me about wearing bed clothing in the common area. I went to put the pants I had on last night underneath but I was offended and embarrassed. It was entirely over blown and I checked out early. I guess i have worn my welcome.

The location is convenient - right off the highway (but not close enough to hear it). Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo (which is why we chose it). The facilities were good. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, wifi was strong. The bathroom could use a little updating. Overall, a nice, quiet stay with no issues!

Very minor, but the fridge and some of the lights in the bathroom were a bit noisy. Some knocking and humming when turned on. Breakfast was a bit bare.

I especially like the location right off of the highway. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I rarely eat breakfast, but I like the idea of a light breakfast available if I want it.

More hot breakfast options would be great. Other than that, there is little that I do not like. This is a difficult 3 sentence response for me because there is not a lot that I do not like about this location.

It was a nice place for the money and had a nice breakfast. The staff greeted us by name!

I wish the sink in the room was enclosed in a room instead of being in the open. When I washed my hands after people were asleep, I was worried about waking someone up. Could have used a light right over the door.

The floor could have been cleaner. The coffee maker in our room didn’t work. The shower floor was slippery and not flat It had a down slope to it. The cocking around the shower was bad. We pulled the curtains back and there was brown stains running down the window. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

Spacious and clean room. A fresh scent throughout the room. Cold mini-fridge. Friendly staff. The night clerk, Jessica, was good enough to let me use their scotch tape so I could wrap gifts in our room. I returned it when we checked out.

The queen bed was not as firm as I would like. I felt like I was rolling downhill into my husband, so I slept in the other bed. The breakfast was OK but nothing hot, as advertised. I enjoyed the self-serve waffle and orange juice. it was enough.

How clean it was and how friendly the staff was. Ricky helped me when I arrived and he was so polite, friendly & professional. I really appreciate his great customer service and I will be back again.

Breakfast. It was too limited and I ended up not eating anything.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and affordable. The breakfast had what I wanted ... coffee.

Water pressure was a little low for my taste but adequate to do what I needed to do, mainly, showering.

Over all everything was very good. It was clean nice customer service. Very easy to get around.

Did not care for the breakfast. That could be better. Nothing to brag about. It was just ok.

The breakfast was the bare minimum items. If I knew the breafast was going to be bare bones I would have stayed at another location. No snack machine only a drink machine.
