The breakfast was exceptionally good. Had a good selection and food was prepared well and tasty. Very clean serving area. The room was clean and had all the necessities.

It would be good if the breakfast hours were until 9:30. Sometimes you want to sleep in a little while traveling. The lampshades were a bit soiled and needed replacing.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location - close to the interstate and down the road from a shopping centre. Breakfast was better than I expected. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in future.

I did not get my Wake-up Call so I was late getting up, and late to a meeting. The Comfort Inn Staff and the Facility were Great other than the first statement. The room was clean, the water pressure was fine, and there were No Noises late at night.

The receptionist did not cll me at 6:30 AM as requested.

This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. We were greeted by the friendliest most accommodating staff. The clerk at check in went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at check in. Our room was spotless and smelled freshly cleaned. The bedding was extremely soft, the bed comfortable and felt brand new. Our dog was welcomed by the staff, even given treats! The pet area in the front of the hotel was well kept and a great place to walk our dog. We felt very safe at comfortable at this hotel. This is one of the nicest places to stay in the Columbia area.

We stayed here and my service dog was with us. The staff were very accommodating, quick to take care of loud annoying dogs, and very polite!! Also, people, please -- if you say your service dog is with you but youre lying about your pet, its obvious and you make yourself look like an idiot. Service dogs, even if a work in progress, require a certain level of training that your delinquent dog does not posess!

Some of the towels and blankets could have been replaced, but, overall, good value and clean.

The location was ideal for local destinations. The staff is always super friendly and remember me from previous stays. This is my preferred hotel when I come to town for business.

The prices are always very different each time I come to town for business. I would like to stay here every time, but many times I can not afford the differences in prices/rates. I understand that Covid has affected many breakfast services, but I would like to see a little something available in the lobby.

The food was good but they only had bowls and no plates. It was hard to put a waffle that was larger that the bowl into it to eat it. Same thing with the toast. Awkward set up.

The breakfast was excellent. Dining area was clean and the food was hot and plentful.. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with places to eat and see. We were very impressed with the hotel and the staff.

I was happy with the complete experience, from booking to check out this morning. I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because one of my meetings I came to was providing breakfast.

Water pressure in the shower could have been much better, could be a plumbing issue or something else, my shower was in the late afternoon so I am sure it wasn't because of others using it at the same time.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Overall nice place to stop while traveling.

Our neighbors had their tv on all night. Not the hotels fault, but walls are obviously not sound proof.
