We traveled from Kentucky where we had stayed at a Micro-Hotel. Upon arrival at your hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised by the size of our room! It was HUGE!! The beds are very comfortable and overall, everything was squeaky clean! PLENTY of towels / wash cloths and pillows. ( I usually have to ask for more.) There were smokers in our group and they were pleased with the easy access to the smoking areas outside. Some may think that the prices are too high, but let me tell you, this place is worth EVERY dime you spend!!

The morning staff and the evening staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one gal on the second shift was rude and acted like you were disturbing her every time you approached the front desk. (Didn't catch her name.) If she spent more time taking care of the clients and not watching her videos on her phone, (with the volume turned way up) it might be better for the hotel. We encountered her twice during our two night stay.

Very clean and comfortable room and generally the facility (hallways, elevators, foyer, breakfast room), breakfast was also very good and there was a person serving the omelets (not sure why but maybe Southern hospitality?). Decent sized mini-fridge and small micro in the room, both worked well. Coffee in breakfast room was good, and filtered cold water dispenser available all the time in the foyer was also much appreciated!

Would've ben nice to have more USB outlets. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower weren't easy to use - you had to press multiple times to get any useful amount in your hand.

Went for our child’s boot camp graduation location was awesome! The staff was amazing in every aspect. Gave us a list of local restaurants employees favorite ones and places that delivered. They have washer and dryer for the guest. The dryer vent was clogged up and the manager was amazing and took my laundry down and dried them for us and sent maintenance to fix it.

Nice to have a hotel that had two beds and a pull out since we have 4 kids!! Wish more hotels had this option! The sausage and eggs for breakfast were hot and very tasty.

There were little kid socks and old french fries under the couch pullout bed when we pulled it out. Now to be fair, you can’t see them until you pull out the couch into bed form. Would be hard to know they were there unless you opened up the pullout.

Location was good for what we needed as we were visiting for family day and graduation at Fort Jackson. lobby was nice/comfortable enough to sit and visit with family. The front desk person that checked us in that evening was same person there the evening we were in lobby was very nice and pleasant. I did not get his name, but we checked in the evening of 5/30 and was in lobby on 6/1.

Rooms are slightly dated.

This was they hotel I found after Hampton Inn cancelled my reservation. Very nice. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

When I booked the reservation it said a king suite was the only thing available but when we arrived they said they didn't have that accommodation but the standard room would cost the same. We agreed and took it after travelling 12 hours and were tired, aggravated and needed a room...

Booked a suite with sofabed. We reay enjoyed the extra space. Parking was really convenient and the room was located close to the elevator. But not too close.

The room had a bar where the fridge and microwave were it would have been really handy to gave a small sink in it. Not a complaint. It just felt like one shout be there.

Breakfast was a bit wack but only because I prefer the generic waffles over the wack eggs they had. Other than that room was clean. People partying across the hall and we couldn't hear them so thats cool. Front desk girl was CUTE. Hey front desk girl. Hey boo. Was totally hot when you had to help your old man co worker while taking care of me. Bravo. All in all tho we gotta give it a 9/10. Just because sister was also dissapointed with breakfast. But if hotel breakfast isn't your thing this is the spot. Check out the Jasmine Chinese buffet down the street.

Great location, close to downtown without the huge price. Lots of parking and good breakfast. Large updated rooms as well.

Room seemed a little dirty and housekeeping did not come by at all during my stay. Staff appeared to be sparse, but was friendly when interacted with them.

Although we didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, when we checked in they gave us a voucher for breakfast and it was only for 2. Their was 3 of us staying their. Most of the time we do eat but we were running a little behind of where we needed to be.
