Hilton Garden Inn Columbia/Northeast

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Requested towels from the front desk and received them immediately.

There was not enough parking there were a lot of big trucks and trailer there for some reason. I had to wait for a parking space. Wished the bar and restaurant stayed open later. I felt the hotel was overpaid priced. For one night I paid $353.00.

I like everything about this hotel because majority of the staff are very professional and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. The front desk staff Bill, Luisvane, Sharon, and the bartender Tesha exceed a guests' expectation of exceptional service. Dan and the cook staff, house keepers all are very professional.

With all the good of this hotel, I hate that there is a down side, two of the employees Amber and Jennifer that behave more feline than staff, I feel it may impede some guest returning to the hotel. This is a downside to many companies success, employees that are not professional and let their personal viewpoints affect their work ethics. I dislike that the pool is not open yet, as most all others hotels indoor or outdoor are open.

It was alright. Breakfast should either be full service or self service. Omelette was over cooked and the service was ok. I would prefer a good self service breakfast bar. I will not pay for the breakfast meal again.

Breakfast was great and the personnel was nice

There was only one person at the desk trying to take care of people over the phone and trying to sign guest in at the same time. He was very patient and nice, but that was to much for one person. ( that's my opinion)

Everything was amazing and breakfast was awesome. The guy that served name Jerod if I'm saying it correctly was awesome. Very friendly and showed great customer service. Will return to stay here again. Best hotel I have ever had. Staff was amazing!!!

I have no complaints. Everything was awesome. I didn't like the fact that I didn't stay longer.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very cozy.

The property was modern, well lit, and smelled very clean when I walked through the front door.

Hotel pillows can be a little bit lumpy, so I can’t really blame the hotel for the somewhat lumpy pillow, that’s par for the course with the hotel.

This property is great. Friendly staff, very clean, safe. I'd stay here any day.

I love the hotel and the staff the only issue I have is that the room I was in had a terrible smell of air freshener that the property uses. I hated the smell of it. It had a combination of flowers and a curry smell. Horrible!!!! But other than that everything was great, very clean and beautiful.

I have stayed at this property several times for work related activities and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean as well. I will stay again never had an issue.

The breakfast was very good. The locations was great for our purpose.

The room was very clean except for the bathroom. Most everything was clean in the bathroom, but the floor. Being a roll in shower there was mold and mildew on the floor from water leakage. Also, the beds were uncomfortable. Lastly, I had called before booking to make sure the indoor pool was open. I was told it was, only to find out when we arrived that it was not. The reason I had booked was for my grandchildren to be able to swim.
