So i checked in early June 2023. I didn't like that it was a holding fee of $100 that i wasn't aware of until I arrived to check in. It wasn't any details about it at all on the website when I booked my stay. I would of been a little more prepared for that then being caught off guard. They said it's something they started doing 3 months ago from the time of my stay. I told them it was no where on the website about that. I still had to pay that holding fee for me to stay there. I got it back when I checked out. Just be aware of that fee when you get check in. But other then that my stay was cool

The staff at the Wyndham Garden Inn were exceptional. They were friendly, personable, and willing to help however was needed. The coffee ran out in the breakfast area (I slept in late and came in just as they were getting ready to close) and the attendant offered to run to the common area to get me a cup. The facilities themselves are being renovated, but as you can see from the pictures on this website, the open areas are well appointed, airy, and offer plenty of places to relax outside of the room. The workout area has more equipment than many similar facilities, including dumbell free weights and a bench that is not attached to a machine. The outside grounds are in the midst of renovations and I am looking forward to seeing what they look like on the next visit. The facility is also in the process of including a bar and restaurant.

The hotel is better than it looks in the photos. The furniture is in excellent condition and the decoration in general is beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. The employee in charge of the breakfast area performed an excellent service and beyond. The employee kept the breakfast area very clean, tidy and stocked. The employee is very helpful and nice person. I loved the super comfortable beds. The employee in charge of the room performed an excellent service.

Although there are many places near the hotel to eat, the hotel needs to have a restaurant or somewhere to eat something even light.

Room had the usual things you'd expect (fridge, microwave, etc.) and appeared clean. Bed was comfy. Liked having the small reading light for my book. Liked having the USB chargers built into the light socket on nightstands. Lobby was nice. Breakfast was as expected (biscuits & gravy, a couple of waffle makers, cereal, toast/bagels, etc.). Front staff was friendly. Overall good choice.

Room is a bit cramped but manageable. Bathroom is small with low ceilings. Parking lot is small but was able to find a spot after dinner. Doubt much can be done to expand it. As others mentioned, it was definitely a motel at one time then remodeled to the Wyndham. Be prepared to put a refundable $100 deposit for incidentals.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, great AC, and the lobby is beautiful!

I liked that the front desk employees were friendly and courteous. Clean towels every day and complimentary breakfast was appreciated.

The room was not cleaned properly. The rug was not vacuumed and although they made the bed during our stay on the night before checkout the bed was left the same way I left it, I made it myself basically.

I enjoyed the fact that the breakfast had waffles on a daily basis. The location/area around the property wasn’t necessarily unsafe however I did see a large amount of police officers in the immediate area.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no refrigerator or microwave in my room at any given time throughout our stay. It is somewhat frustrating to have to go all the way downstairs to the lobby area to use the one microwave the facility has on the property for all of the guests and staff to share.

I loved that our room was inside the building, which made me feel safer and more at ease. Everything was clean and neat. The location was perfect, and the staff was exceptional. We didn't eat breakfast or go to the bar that is in the hotel, but it's there.

We had an issue with our toilet not flushing. The room could have used some brighter lighting or lights above the full-length mirror.

I like the quiet clean beautiful atmosphere of the hotel inside and out. You have multiple areas to sit and enjoy or even walk around outside. Very clean

They didn't have breakfast the first morning after we stayed, and there was no complimentary snack or option available (nothing major just like pastry fruit juice)

I was traveling for my birthday for this visit and my experience was wonderful. I went in to check in and at no price change Shawn D. who checked me in upgraded my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning here again the next time I come down.
