The breakfast was good. There were different hot options each time. Plus, they had a “social” each Monday through Wednesday, which basically meant a full dinner with drinks. That increased the value that I paid for this hotel so much. The room was very clean and spacious too (1 king bedroom). All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I noticed a little bit of road noise because we were right by a well-traveled road in Columbia. It wasn’t too bad though.

I loved every moment of this stay. It was quite no no matter what time of the day or night or who was working or cleaning the rooms. I loved the beds they were so comfortable My spouse normally doesn't wake up until well after 1pm but he woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed at 6am lol which is definitely a plus because he works late nights. I also loved the touchless check in. definitely a highlight.

What I didn't Like Was People Walking in our room saying oh I didn't know you were here because no one updated the sheet of arrivals or late check outs. It happened 3x while I was there I even received a Phone call the Morning of my late check out of 1pm. understanding that the housekeepers and maintenance where just doing their Job doesn't negate the front desk staff being negligent and careless. Other Than That I loved my stay!

Friendly employees! Really nice breakfast selections comfortable dining area. We enjoyed our kitchen in our room too! Also the laundry facilities were a good surprise. Nice machines and no charge to use them!

We didn’t care for the pool. A bit cloudy and small for amount of people staying at that time.

Nice big suite. Beds were comfortable, and it had everything needed for a short stay. It was close to the highway. It takes about 30 minutes to walk downtown. Good breakfast.

Difficult to cross traffic to drive in and out. While the floor in the room was dry, the cleaning solution and material of the floor tiles made my shoes very slippery.

This hotel is one of the best hotels, or may be the best, we have stayed at for this price. Location was great for our purpose. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room suite was very comfortable. The hotel in general is comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was awesome, good variety and freshly prepared! The room was very quiet, which we appreciate very much, no noises coming from the street or neighbors TVs.

The carpet in the room looks dirty and the couch too. When we just came in into the room, the smell to chlorine was unbearable, we had to go out and leave the fan on to dissipate the smell. We are in winter however the day was too warm and the room was hot, we tried to start the AC but it didn’t work, but anyway we went out and when we came back the room was cool.

A very comfortable hotel! Big room with a kitchenette, very good bathroom. Very clean, well maintained, everyday housekeeping. The hotel has a nice pool, free of charge laundry room, and social meetings with refreshments several days a week. The staff is helpful and welcoming.

Size of the rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

2nd stay here & the only thing is that the housekeeper failed to clean the kitchen thoroughly from the previous occupants. There was old Chinese food left in the fridge & something spilled in microwave. Other than that great stay!

I love the fact the staff created you. Wether it was the housekeeping staff, front desk or food prep workers.. Everyone was extremely friendly.. we will be coming again.

The location off the highway but it was still nice location just busy road. nothing the hotel can do about that.

The hotel and rooms was very clean, very good and tasty breakfast options as well as great food during the dinner socials Monday through Wednesday. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with any thing that I needed. My kids were able to play at the pool. There was no parking issues and it is located next to the riverfront park.

Rooms were great and were updated. breakfast was also great compared to other hotels with breakfast. Burger, beer and wine are served on evenings on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Staff were pleasant and accommodating and professional service. Pool was clean and stocked with towels. Overall a good experience.

The only comment is that it’s very difficult to get to the property.
