The lobby was attractive and welcoming. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The reception staff was very friendly. Really appreciate having a refrigerator and a safe in the room. The location was perfect for our visit - less than one block from The Senate where we saw a concert. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

There were some stains on the bed linen that gave the impression that the room was not 100% clean. The daily $16 parking fee was rather high - should not exceed $10 per day for self-parking. The on-site food prices were also high.

I liked the easy check-in and checkout process; the staff was very nice and welcoming during both. The parking garage was easy and convenient to access. We also liked the room especially the pillows, they were so soft and comfortable!

The coffee in the lobby was truly disgusting! One of the glass sliding shower doors needed a little tweeking, it would get off track, and as soon as you get it back on it would take off and slide into the shower wall real fast and hard, which could possibly shatter it

For some reason, I was told the breakfast was not included in the price, even though it was at the time of booking , we ended up walking to another restaurant for breakfast. A little disappointing and embarrassing at the moment , I showed them a screen shot of the confirmation email when we got back stating the breakfast was included, not sure what happened, the receptionist apologized .

Loved the location. The amenities were great. The staff was accommodating.

We opted out of house cleaning but asked for new towels and old towels taken out. The old towels were left in the room. I also asked for a trash bag to be removed. It was not. Our toilet ran all night, the first night. I fixed the issue myself.

The staff was absolutely the most friendly staff I have ever come across in a hotel. The assisted with directions, great places to eat (even made sure we had coupons for dinner), and they even opened the wine that we brought because we forgot our opener. I would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing I didn't like

The hotel was beautiful. The Staff at the Front Desk was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a great location, within walking distance of several restaurants and taverns and pubs. I loved the fact that Ruth Chris Restaurant was on the ground floor. We had my Birthday Dinner there. The Staff at Ruth Chris was exceptional. The food was very good. They had a heated outdoor pool, with extended hours to swim. The gym had a Peloton bike. Everything was clean.

The only negative was the food on the buffet was too cold. We had breakfast there two days in a row and both days, the food was cold. We didn’t even bother going down the 3rd day.

Location, on site parking in secure garage with direct access to hotel, housekeepers are very friendly and helped hold the elevator door for us when our hands were full with luggage.

Exiting the parking garage after check out is a bit confusing, got charged twice for parking. once when leaving the garage and again on the final receipt for the room.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The beds were comfortable. There was a large tv, fridge, coffee maker, reading light, and bath combo shower. The artwork I. The room and around the hotel was classy. The free WiFi worked well in the room. I ate at the Ruth’s Chris restaurant on site in the lobby and it was excellent.

Although parking has in and out privileges, I do not see a reason to charge for parking. The photo of the room online did not match the decor of actual room which disappointed me. The photo with the red dresser was posted online.

Breakfast was ordinary. Toaster was partially broken. Serve yourself eggs are usually overcooked: & they were. Hot food wasn't hot. NOTE: Make your toast before loading your plate. I liked the hotel bar. Good server in Micky.

Not easy to get a "Starbucks-Style: cappuccino or espresso.

We had some issues with the parking card. It wasn’t reading at the parking garage entrance. It would take us a couple times swiping the card or we would reverse and move up to the other gate to swipe the card to get in. This technique seemed to work for us, didn’t frustrate us too much, but did feel it was worth mentioning if an improvement can be made.
