The place was super clean. Breakfast was amazing. The pool and hobby area were big enough along with our room. We love that you could get coffee and water 24 hours a day!

Parking! We paid for two cars since we had two rooms but people took up two spots with trailers and didn’t pay for two spots. how come I had to pay to park across the street when i paid the hotel to park there. The desk person was never at the desk we always had to stand and wait 5 min before anyone came out from the back. We stayed for 3 days and no one came in our room to get our trash and give us fresh towels or freshen up our room. we ran out of toilet paper on our second day.

The beds where very comfortable and the room was cleaned when we arrived. If fact we arrived early and the staff allowed us to check in. That was very much appreciated.

If you are staying longer than one night be sure to ask that your room gets cleaned each day the duration of your stay. They do not offer this service unless you request it. They did not mention it at check in either. We were there 3 nights and the room did not get cleaned/picked up after our first night. This may not matter to some but it does to me. I like coming back after an all day outing to a clean and picked up room. I am paying for it also. The staff said it was because of covid...I understand, but give the option at check in.

The pool and the rooms and the layout of the hotel was all good parking was mostly sufficient it was a busy weekend. The rooms are clean the staff was pleasant. The food was OK.

Location was good and staff was helpful. However the check in process with Booking.com being the reservation made it difficult for them to find and we had to spend a lot of time between the two reservations coordinating. Additionally, vet was not that comfortable. Otherwise the experience was great.

Loved the hotel which is only a few months old! The front desk clerks (Heather and a very kind gentleman whose name escapes me!) were beyond the kindest people we’ve encountered on our long trip down south! They were just super nice and friendly! Beautiful, quiet room and comfy beds!!! Good location for touring USC although you really have to drive (but it’s right down the street). Free parking was great. Beware there is an different Holiday Inn down the street where you have to pay for parking.

I loved the friendliness of the staff. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Ms. Barbara was outstanding. She assisted me with the pancake machine. She went above and beyond! Walking distance to great places to eat and the Colonial Life Arena

The elevators were not air conditioned and were very stuffy. Our room was on the 5th floor and the A/C was as low as you could set it and was hot.

I was close by to everything

The staff. Front desk kept talking us to write there manager a good email so they can recieve money for us to get something free from their store. Stolen medication out the room, Front desk denied anyone entering the room when everything was removed from the bag. Everytime i went to my room my keycard did not work it was very frustrating so many times back and forth. AC wasnt that cold when set to Low.

We loved the outdoor pool, spacious rooms, large and well furnished lobby, clean and efficient gym, comfy beds, and plentiful breakfast. The staff were so friendly and accommodating making our stay great!

It would be a bit of a walk to the downtown area, and it’s confusing that there’s another Holiday Inn on the same street.

Dark shades, comfortable beds, temperature of room made for a great sleep. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety.

Parking rate was excessive & seemingly was a $ grab... bathroom door had a single job but because it couldn't close, it failed...no room attention by staff over the 2 night stay.

The front desk workers were fantastic!! Super friendly and very polite. Will definitely come back because of them

The breakfast was awful. I have a beef and dairy allergy and there wasn’t many choices for me, only sausages and eggs and the meat was a little burnt. The orange juice was watery and the apple juice tasted weird

Breakfast was okay some of the warm food was not fully cooked.

The checking process with you and booking.com took forever for you to find the reservation and the added day required multiple checking and confirmation. Had to give my credit card multi times.
