Quality Inn South Duncan

Cleanliness of the lobby upon arrival was impeccable. I booked this hotel based on location to the venue we needed to be at. We never know what to expect bc even with the “Choice” brand and “ Quality Inn” , they are all different. This particular hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff was great. I was greeted immediately, the lobby was clean and smelled amazing. Room was a little small but for the amount of time was perfect. Water pressure and temp of shower was spot on. For this to be an old motel redone I was very impressed. Breakfast wasn’t what we expected but due to Covid restrictions , I’m sure it was the best they could do. The waffle maker was a pleasant surprise. Beds and pillows were so very comfortable. Would def stay here again.

More breakfast options , little quieter , more soundproof room Not much we didn’t appreciate

Cleanliness, quiet at night, and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to obtain a bottom floor room in which was important to me due to foot surgery recently.

I was looking forward to a good Continental Breakfast as we were headed to a Softball Tournament that early morning. Unfortunately, we only had the choices of single-wrapped honey buns, coffee, juice, apples, yogurt and that was about it. It would have been nice to have a waffle maker at least as it was advertised on a sign.

Always clean, this is our second stay and the facilities are always to my expectations! The beds are so comfy and linens always smell & look clean. Even the pillows are great!

pool closed at 9 wish it was open till 10 the kids were a bit sad when they got back at 915 from a long day at the ballfield. Also no bagels on the breakfast bar this time so a little sad about that.

Everything was wonderful the staff was very personable and helpful when I came in to check into the hotel everything was clean and fresh it will be my hotel of choice when I come back to that area

The continental breakfast that was provided was not exactly up to par I am aware that we are working during a pandemic but more than a honey bun should have been supplied

The front desk staff are really good. It’s clean, safe, has good WiFi and comfortable beds.

when booking.com asks pay now or pay at the hotel later, DO NOT pay now. Pay the hotel when you arrive. I booked the wrong dates and getting the refund is like pulling teeth.

Easy check-in and out. Clean bathroom and lots of things in room.

Carpet not vacuumed. Not much in vending machine

The pool and the quietness

The cleaning crew was going in the room and we wasnt even check out but was taking our things to the car. I didn't like that at all

Everything was excellent some noise outside the room from other guess. The beds were very comfortable .

The hairdryer did not work .

No breakfast.

Housekeeping employee opened my door while I was in the shower. Got out the shower to a complete stranger in my room.

It was clean, centrally located near gas stations and restaurants. Also it is right off 85 which is convenient! I would highly recommend it to anyone

There was not anything I did not like! Wish thg hey had had a hot breakfast. But Covid is going on , so I get why it's just pastries and or fruit.
