breakfast was shut down early due to a malfunctioning clock in the kitchen area. The person at the front desk had to get the woman working in the kitchen to re-open the breakfast for the guests who came down to eat. The clock was off by an hour. Totally unacceptable. Took almost 30 minutes to replenish the regular coffee when it ran out- after being asked 3 times to replenish it.

Breakfast was good. Not as much Variety as other Hiltons I've stayed at.

Our room had an awful sound of constant rushing air coming from under the door so we had to use towels to create our own threshold. I also never received an emailed receipt for my stay so I have NO idea how much my credit card was charged.

My family and I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites for 4 nights and the hotel was extremely clean, the staff was very pleasant and it was very quiet. Everyone was nice and the customer service was fantastic. We would absolutely stay there again.

Proximity to highway and Cedar Park. Breakfast was really good

Rm 410 is “muggy” to put it nicely. Needs a Dehumidifier at the least. Air conditioning was set at 69 and it was sticky in the room.

I enjoyed the hot breakfast (much better than the normal continental breakfast at other hotels). The location was great, hotel was very clean, friendly staff, very nice seating area by the pool, & it had 2 elevators so the wait time was minimal.

only 2 downsides: the bed hurt my back (I do have metal rods in my back so it can be sensitive to certain mattresses) & the breaker box kept going out during breakfast. Every morning, it went out at least twice when trying to use the toaster or microwave.

The staff was wonderful. Alisha at the front desk was super sweet and has a wonderful attitude. The ladies working breakfast were very kind and were always smiling and talking to guests. Very nice staff! The room was clean and comfy. Very nice hotel.

The Manager, Gerald, has been awesome. we were at this location in October(husband had a broken hip)He remembered us!! and helps in any way he can to make our visit comfy. Ricky snd Tommy are great too! will be staying there a lot in the future as we will be grandparents in July (1st time)!!!!

The breakfast was great there were, so many choices. The dining area was clean and neat. The rooms were exceptionally clean. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If there was only one thing that was a little bit annoying I felt the beds were too high to get in and out of comfortably but that’s because I am a senior citizen. Overall experience as an A+!

Everything about this location was perfect. I cannot think of any negative facets to this stay. The breakfast was hot and had varied options. The staff members were superb. They were friendly, helpful and kind.

There was nothing to dislike.

Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of food choices in the area.

The room I had could have fit larger beds. We had 2 full size beds and it could have easily fit queen.
