The location was ideal, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were excellent as well. While the lobby decor isn't to my taste, it was well laid out and easy to navigate.

There was excessive mold on the shower head, the water pressure was weak, and the body wash dispenser was empty. I didn't feel clean after that shower. The breakfast area in the lobby was comfortable, but I noticed parts of the ceiling were hanging loose directly over the seating along the front window. My appetite disappeared even though the food options were excellent. Seems like this facility is very new, so I was surprised by these findings.

Check in had no clue what they were doing. Issues at check in and check out. Then we were charged more than we were supposed to be charged for the total stay. We had already been pre charged by booking and they were saying we still owed. The manager came out and changed the rate of our rooms and said that's why the system was saying we still owed because booking didn't charge us the right rate. I have NEVER had this issue at any other hotel and I always use booking.It was stressful to deal with because we had a large group and had rented multiple rooms!

Awesome place to stay. Staff friendly but would especially like to recognize Jeff. We were a little slow getting to the free breakfast and most of the food was gone. Jeff immediately said not to worry, he would take care of it and fix more and he did. Our Granddaughter wanted hot chocolate and the hot water was empty. He immediately went and got her some hot water and even gave her a popsicle. Beds were very comfortable and enjoyed having the kitchen in the room. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The room was a 10! Very spacious. Very clean. The young man and woman working the counter were very kind. We ask for a room change, nothing at fault of the hotel, just didn't like things we were hearing from the room next to us. Very smooth process.

The breakfast I would give a 3 out of a 10. The breakfast sandwiches were pre made/ tasted like they came out of frozen box and heated in the microwave. The homemade waffles people were making did look good. I would have liked to have seen muffins.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I am very picky and I was blown away. It was very nice, quiet, comfortable, and most important to me super clean! The rooms were amazing. It had an almost full size refrigerator and freezer. Any kitchen item you could think of they had it for you. The rest of room was just as great, all new every thing and the set up was great. Everything was so nice and so clean. I was a little nervous with it being pet friendly (but I needed it to be) with cleanliness, but it was by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. I am very happy with my stay.

The only somewhat of a downfall was I had a partial roll of toilet paper with no extra in the room, which was fine for my one night stay but if I had stayed longer it would’ve been an issue. There was also no lotion in the room like a typical hotel has. I could hear the room above me cell phone going off, however none of these things were a big deal to me at all.

The spaciousness of the suite and being on the first floor. My husband and I fell in love with your sheets. On the way back to Georgia/home, I even looked online to see about purchasing. We have a split king bed that we have made into two twin beds. You can purchase the fitted bottom sheet but not a twin flat sheet. Disappointed. My husband commented that Home2Suites would be our place to stay next time we come to SC to visit our family.

Location was fine...breakfast was OK but the same thing everyday....for me the coffee was too weak but there was a Starbucks nearby. LOVED THE KITCHEN

We were not told we had to request room cleaning the day before so our room was not cleaned the first 2 days...with no clean towels and we ran out of toilet paper, so when I asked for toilet paper I was then told we had to request room cleaning....which I did and then we were fine. Also the desk chair they had was awful, sank to the bottom everything you sat on it ....plus it was the only chair.plus the sofa....

Everything about this Hotel was lit 🔥 for real. The ambiance was over the chart. Epitome of luxury to say the least. The suits was spacious and completely furnished. Staff were extremely friendly and I could tell they loved being there. They had complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea and fruits 24 hours. I felt I got way more than I had paid sincerely and will definitely stay again and again

The room was great and spacious. It accommodated my family well. We loved that it had a fridge and dishwasher. Made our trip nicer to be able to have snacks for the kids. Beds were comfy. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. It was a great feature that was included in our stay. It helped us tremendously with 2 kids. Definitely would stay here again.

The only problem we had was that the bathroom door which was a sliding door, didn't stayed closed. We were only stating for a few short days and were out for the day mostly. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

The room was very comfortable and we loved the convenience of having the kitchenette complete with dishes available. The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful and there was plenty of seating. The complimentary coffee and tea available 24 hours was great and the staff was always friendly.

There was little information on local restaurants available. A sheet was provided but didn't offer directions or phone numbers. There was also a local visitor guide however it didn't offer a map so our first night we had a terrible time finding dinner as we had come in late and didn't know the area. Ended up with mediocre fast food burgers which were a disappointment. A binder in the rooms with local menus and a map would be super helpful.
