The breakfast exceeded our expectations. My 10 yr old grandson loved it and wanted to stay longer. He ate so much I thought he might pop! I work in the travel industry and stay in different hotels every night while working. I have been in most major cities of the US and abroad. The facilities were fine but it was really the people who work in this hotel that sets it apart. The staff was wonderful. They were beyond friendly and courteous. The woman at the front desk, Kelly, was so helpful when we had a booking snafu. The breakfast staff treated us like family. Everyone with whom we came in contact was wonderful.

Some of the breakfast items were not as warm as they could be but there wasn't anything important that didn't meet or surpass expectations.

I was there for 3 days. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Everything was quiet and clean. Location was ideal - plenty of places to eat, grocery and drug stores, and a Walmart! Everybody needs a Walmart when they travel. I had no complaints!

NOT a major complaint: The comforter on the bed was a little difficult to use. The comforter inside the duvet slid down and was hard to keep in place. An extra blanket or throw to use on the day bed would be nice. At least one brighter light would be helpful.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and had great showers. The pool was amazing and heated. Perfect for early be morning swims. The staff was all friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was awesome. Minutes from Rock Hill and a short drive to Charlotte.

it was very clean and well maintained and go over and beyond to take care of the property. in a great area walking distance to restaurants and some shops but far enough back to where you’re not affected by traffic noise.

special request- umbrellas on the patio table for shade but that is just a personal preference. I liked everything about the property and did not see anything that needed improvement.

The location was close to everything we needed. The reception staff was great! Loved the bed and everything about the hotel. One of the best Ive stayed in and would definitely book here again.

The selection of TV stations. The remote and channels were very difficult to manage. If I was confined to the room I would have been frustrated. This is especially true if I was a Senior person.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. We were given a great room. The only complaint about the room is the AC wasn't as responsive as I thought it should be, but it caught up nicely.

The breakfast had turkey bacon and turkey sausage gravy, as well as egg white omelettes. The pancake machine wasn't working and the juice was warm. They did have a bucket of ice to add to the juice, so that made that better. I was just disappointed that a hotel in the South wouldn't serve real pork products.

Very friendly staff, great location, would definitely stay again because the things we didn't like were minor and fixed.

The shower was a little dirty, and out of soap but when I called they brought it right up. Little things like little dusty, our soap had dried soap on it from the last person in the room.

Excellent location based on my needs. But still it was easy to find and easy access to and from premises. Quiet and clean! Also it was across the street from the Church we were attending a service at.

Fortunately I was only there overnight but I did not see or incur anything that I did not like.

Everything was great the room was awesome so was the hotel breakfast was amazing staff was excellent and the bed was the best sleep I've ever had, all in all best hotel I've ever stayed at!!!

I couldn't find my way into the property the GPS took me in a way that was chained off it was frustrating trying to find the road in to the hotel

very comfortable beds, VERY clean, exceptionally friendly staff and very good breakfast. We used to stay at a higher-priced chain when we traveled (via car) but will be choosing this chain from now on. We stayed at a different HIExpress the following night and, though it was fine, the Fort Mill location is EXCEPTIONAL. They pay attention to detail at the Fort Mill property.

There wasn’t anything that could have been improved upon.
