Hilton Greenville

This hotel is in a fantastic location not 10 minutes from downtown Greenville and all its attractions. The hotel itself is a little older but in otherwise great shape, the room was clean and well appointed with a large tv, large desk, lots of counter space, fridge, etc. Interestingly there was no microwave in the room but one was located near the vending machine on each floor. Breakfast was basic; eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, bagels and various juices but somehow cost $12 per person for what is normally offered for free elsewhere. Minor complaint really. The indoor pool was closed indefinitely which was a bummer but nothing I'd hold against the hotel, better safe than sorry with COVID hanging about. The bar in the lobby stayed open till 11 and honestly had some surprisingly tasty burgers and wings and were able to server up a mean Amaretto Sour. Altogether I am completely satisfied with my experience here, we definitely will be staying at Hilton Greenville again in future.

Breakfast was tasty but didn't seem worth it at $12 per person. The pool was closed for the entire stay but I wouldn't honestly count that as a negative. #COVID

Room was okay it didnt have a odor smell...loved the shower...lotions, shampoo and conditioner bottles on wall. Ask for more towels and they were delivered in a fast timely manner! The Kane Brown Concert, I guess made up for it because it was phenomenal!!!

The elevators broken with only one working, all cramped in there with the entire hotel guest sucked, along with a dog trying to sniff everybody privates was very uncomfortable. The hallway had a odor that wasn't so pleasant and needed a serious vacuuming. The price I payed for one nite was expensive to only be disappointed. I thought it would be a tip notch Hotel. If I had shopped around, I think I coulda had a lot better deal and experience. ((Coulda woulda shoulda doesnt count now thou))

We did not eat breakfast at this location I believe you had to pay for it, it’s always nice to have a complementary breakfast included in your stay.

Everything was very nice At first our reservation was not found and I had to call booking to inquire But it worked out just fine

The check in staff was great, we arrived at 7pm on Friday & my app wasn't working so we just did normal check in, she was friendly and very informative. On Saturday we got drinks at the hotel bar before going to dinner, Damien was awesome! He was great to talk to and had great drink suggestions. The hotel is in a GREAT location as everywhere we went was a 4-10 min drive!

We were on floor 6, when we checked in and went up to our room, the hall way getting off the elevator smacked us in the face with weed smell. Obviously this is a guest and not the hotel, but then throughout the weekend we would be in our room or leaving/coming back to weed or cigarette smell (theres no smoking signs everywhere) I did message the hotel from my app letting them know, but not sure if it was seen. The hotel itself you can tell is a bit older and needs some upgrades, light bulbs out in the elevator, chips in the bath tub, but we just said it's been well loved.

The Hilton is always wonderful if you are traveling with pets and want your stay easy. The small bar was open even though we arrived late. The bartender was excited to meet our pup and serve us a couple of togo beers to take to our room. Room was clean and comfortable.

The only downside was no microwave so i had to go to thw kitchen to warm my milk

Everything was great except I thought I smelled lingering smoke (vaguely)when initially went into the room but only near the entrance not the whole room, I let the front desk know and they did say no one is supposed to be smoking in the rooms (nonsmoking) They were going to take care of it but we didn’t worry abt it bc it was not something noticeable and the room was amazing! The stay was amazing too!

Loved how clean everything was and well kept.

The only thing I can say I disliked was the staff at check in were not to friendly. All she said was, "what's your name" and then asked for credit card and ID. That was it. Literally. Not the elevators are this way, we have this and that, or check out time, nothing!

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good size working desk with multiple outlets.

The efficiency of the Breakfast and the Main counter staffs could be much improve. The Breakfast was included in our hotel reservation through Booking.com, but the Breakfast Staff said we have to pay for. Luckily, I had the reservation copy from Booking.com on my cellphone to show her that it is already included in the final price. Although, we did get our food but the situation creates an embarrassing moment for my wife and I.

The location was great. Front desk staff is awesome

The water inn the shower wasn't hot enough. Also waited to be sitter 4 dinner when I realized that the bartender was by herself once I went to the front desk and asked. She stated that the bartender was always by him or herself. A sign needs to be posted.

I travel every year for my birthday. This was the first time in 15 years I wasn't acknowledged by staff at a hotel on my birthday. Hearing Happy Birthday means alot to me.
