Hyatt Place Greenville/Haywood

I loved everything. Family of six, mostly children. I didn’t have to purchase a second room to meet my family’s needs. Very clean even. The breakfast at Hyatt Place is by far the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. The entire staff was polite and professional with a professionally neat appearance beautiful smiles. OMG! I ordered a non-smoking room and it did NOT smell like an old smoke room.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. My children asked, “Mommy, can we stay here every time we go on vacation?”

very roomy and comfortable. the room was a lot bigger than we expected. The staff were always nice and super helpful, even when we experience an electrical issue with one of the lights. The staff responded immediately to fix the issue. we loved the breakfast they served everyday.

The elevator on the left kept making strange grinding and banging sounds when it went up and down every day. It was scaring my kids. We would wait for to use the one of the right which sounded a lot safer.

The location was good easy to get to stores and food.

The bathroom was too white to have noticeable grout in the tiles and corners of the wall and tub. The beds were sloppy made had to check to make sure no one had just got out of them. They didn't look comfortably made until the day before I checked out when cleaning came and touched up the room. And the first 2 day there everytime I left my rooms I had to go back to the front desk for new keys each time I returned because our doors would not respond to the key cards previously programmed I probably went through a total of 12 keys.

Everything!!! Except that the mini fridge had food from who knows when. Other than that I loved my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, there were enough towels, the rooms are very spacious. This hotel is close to absolutely everything. I'll definitely be booking here again!!

Hotel room setup. The room was comfortable and clean.

My husband and I were disappointed with the "thoughtfully sourced, farm to fork" advertising. The breakfast was below average with its ready made pancakes that were hard around the edges, and dry throughout, and watered down coffee. Lesser hotel chains have better selection, and quality food than what we had each morning at this hotel.

Arlene & the other ladies at the front desk were awesome. We also enjoyed the chicken wings cooked on site.If it weren't for the construction we would have given all 10's. We will definitely stay again when we visit the beautiful city of Greenville! Thank You.

There was construction going on & our keys didn't work properly but the situation was handled promptly each time.

Room was spacious and so nice to have a living area with table and bar and refrigerator. Lobby was attractive and comfortable. Staff very nice.

Bathroom is dark and like a cave. Shower worked well. Left my hairdryer in room and called next day and it took me 3 calls to find out they could not locate it. Also-only protein at breakfast for 3 mornings was hard boiled eggs. Main hot breakfast dish was French toast.Less breakfast options than most similar hotels -for the price you would expect more

The continental breakfast was good. I was glad to have access to fresh fruit.

There was no microwave, which would have complemented eating leftovers from all of these wonderful restaurant options in Greenville!

Room was big and bed very comfy

Very noisy and the hotel was full of college students and children running around the corridors up until 4am on our first night. Bin at front of hotel was overflowing with fast food trash for two days until we mentioned it to the reception staff. Breakfast was very poor and water in the flasks was always cold.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and had variety. The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. The staff was kind and helpful! The price was fair.

Neither elevator worked. We had three children traveling with us. We were out on the 6th floor. We had to climb the stairs multiple times to unload and of course to load. And for breakfast. The staff offered to help us unload, which was kind. I guess my thinking was this should have been disclosed to us or a discount or something.
