The hotel room itself and inside the hotel was spotless and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Full sized refrigerator and kitchenette. Dog friendly

What I didn’t like about the hotel was not the hotels fault. There were a lot of guests that were always outside the hotel doing drugs. smoking weed right outside in the open, blunt shavings everywhere and I even found and reported a used needle in the parking lot. The other guests would approach me and I was afraid to go outside by myself, especially at night. I was approached several times and hit on by some very unsavory individuals.

kitchen had no pans and if you wanted them at the front they charge you $25.00! I totally understand why because stuff gets stolen but we should not be charged $25.00 unless you don’t return them. You have a $150.00 deposit which is supposed to returned after checkout and the check the room but still haven’t got it back. We left the room perfect. Checked out yesterday and the morning girl at the front desk said as soon as they check the room the would email me but seriously was was to busy talking on her personal phone and not really paying attention !

Close to everything. Within 3 miles in most cases. Staff was friendly and the room was new or newer and very clean.

Just a couple things. The girl art the counter checking me in was training another girl( no problem with that) bit was also on the phone with a friend having a full conversation during the 10 minutes I was checking in. No a big deal but just unprofessional and wasn't comfortable with it. Also you have to give a days notice if you want your room cleaned. I didn't know this so when I wanted my room cleaned and freshed up for the last day of my stay I was informed of that. They did make an exception when I asked them to but was not offered first. Again small things, and I would stay again.

It was in a good location and it was clean.

I had to wait for the front desk person to check me into my room. I waited for about 15 minutes. There was a sign to call a number and when I did call said number a lady answered and I told her I was there to check in and she hung up on me…I waited for another 10 minutes and they finally showed up to check me into my room.

Rooms were clean and great fridge and stove. Staff was great. Great price for the room we got

They charge you a 150.00 deposit they dont tell you when you reserve the room on line. They supposedly give you the 150 back when you leave im going to check if i got it. They dont clean your room unless you are there 4 days or more. And you have to switch towles out if you want new ones. Im sure this is policy or being short handed. I will stll come back it was a great place just wish they told me about the 150.00 deposit when i booked it. And maybe another cart to take your stuff out when leaving. We had to carry alot of stuff out from the 4th floor not the hotels fault someone had it finally gave up after waiting for a while so 2 carts are better great clean place though

I honestly had some doubts as I had not heard of this hotel before but was very pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. The staff was EXCELLENT, really. Tremendous value and exceded my expectations. Also let's establish that carpeted hotel rooms have a certain odor but was it smelly? No. The pet fee of 20 was modest and not a problem, although I wish that it was stated more obviously in their description, Deposit of 150 seemed standard these days also. The place looks pretty new, my room was clean. I did not eat there, did not use the wifi etc. Kitchenette, coffee maker,plenty of soap/shampoo etc. I will be keeping an eye out for this hotel chain in the future. Nice job!

quiet clean room, excellent staff.

I needed a document scanned to my email and Inez was so helpful. She even put it in a folder for me. There is a covered outdoor area with a grill. Everything was clean and nice. Our room seemed brand new. Every staff member we interacted with was very nice and helpful!

It could have been a bit better lit at night on the approaching side. Wish it included breakfast!

"The accommodations are wonderful. We had no where to go as we lost our house. The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. Definitely worth the price and excellent location. Thankful to have somewhere to call home until we get back on our feet.

Honestly, the only thing I'd change is an option for a king bed. Otherwise, it is very cozy.

Check in went well, I felt safe and the room were clean. The clerks were all very nice and friendly.

I didn’t find out they gave me the two beds and no recliner until I entered my given room. I didn’t fuss about it I just settled in anyway, until a kid wouldn’t stop running and jumping over my unit. That forced me to go down and request to be moved. The clerk had no issue with moving me into a room with 1 queen bed and a recliner, which I had originally booked online anyway. Guests with children under 12 should ALWAYS be assigned on the ground level because small children are going to run and jump, that’s what they do.

Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms and outside grounds are kept clean. I appreciated the option to cook in the room with a kitchenette, although the hotel is upgrading rooms and features and I believe the kitchenettes will be removed with the upgrades. I have stayed at this hotel in the past. Always a comfortable stay.
