Room was very comfortable, user friendly. Staff was exceptional- friendly, helpful, very pleasant people in every department encountered. Burned out bathroom light was replaced right away.

Ice machine was not working on 3rd floor which meant going to other floors to obtain ice. Having the bed right next to the air conditioner is not ideal. Sleeping adjacent to the AC unit doesn’t seem to,be wise or healthy. Not sure why a requested room refresh did not include making the bed.

The breakfast was ok great location quiet

At first I didn't think that they had a bathroom door because it's a sliding door and I didn't really like it because the door when it slid all the way into the wall it doesn't have a handle and it makes it hard to pull the door out and then once you close the door if you're in the bathroom it doesn't have a handle for you to open the door so therefore if you are very old person or if you're a small kid you might get stuck in the bathroom and such a penny I think they need to make that door to where it has a handle on it

Very open lay out both in the rooms and in the breakfast area. The fitness area was nice as well, although we didn’t have time to use it. The pool was a welcome addition and the deck area lovely. The temperature of the water was too cold for April.

Coffee makers in room should allow guests to bring their own coffee. My filters would not fit the pod space, so I brought my own and couldn’t use it. The hotel coffee was too weak for my taste.

I liked the hotel it was clean and very well taken care of.

I didn’t like the staff they were rude and seemed to look at my family weird I also found the waffle pancake mix to be to watery and when you get food it was uncomfortable because the staff stares at you. when I was gonna check in they said I never reserved and didn’t bother checking then I had to call booking and go back in to have the lady take a look again it seemed like she was new and didn’t know what she was doing.

mattress was hard and lumpy; sofa was hard (hardest sofa I've ever sat on), but it was good to have the extra sleeping space; I loved the extra electric outlets; however, where the mirror is, there is none. It was difficult to do my hair and run back over to the mirror to see if I did it correctly, so it took longer. I managed, though.

We enjoyed it for being a quick getaway from our getaway. We wanted a day at the beach so that’s why we came to Hilton Head. The location was very central and perfect for us.

The staff on evenings were not as personable. They weren’t at the front desk and it took awhile for anyone to notice I was standing there.

The breakfast was good with variety of options The room was a great size with everything I needed and bed comfortable. All staff friendly and professional. Very polite when asked for anything, and provided whatever you asked for immediately.

Although there were an designated place to smoke in a setting area, the hotel also had a bench near front entrance with a cigarette disposal which is not good for guests with respiratory problems having to walk pass someone smoking.

I like that you had hot sandwiches. I think you could have had more items.

They could have been better selection. I stayed at the Strawbridge hotel in Charleston two days before and they breakfast was much better.

The main thing I liked about the property was the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. Marrion was especially the best! Before my kids and I left she gave me a hug which she just don’t know how much I needed that. She is amazing and if I ever come back to Hilton Head I will be staying at Home 2 Suites.

The location. I wish it was a little bit closer to the beach.

I've stayed here several times over the last 2 years...this time there were really bad odors from what I believe is the ww treatment plant behind the hotel...multiple days and consistent. ..not just brief
