HH Prime was out go to restaurant to start our day with an awesome breakfast. Hostess Chili was exceptionally great with her warm smile and humble way of welcoming. Chefs Lenkey and Ms. Gardner were great at preparing tasty breakfast. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the beach. We would definitely return to this resort again. Our favorite in HH.

Hotel provides courtesy transportation within 3 miles of the resort. This is great if things go as planned or if you are not in super hurry. We took this service for a quick dash to the store. We had to wait for an hour to get picked up but the transportation never showed up. We ended up taking Uber to return. Since the hotel is offering this as a complimentary service, they need to manage it properly and set right expectations with the guests

The Omni HH Resort has the best location on the beach. Their rooms are the biggest on the island and perfect for my family - the small kitchen means we don't have to eat out every single meal. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone from the time you step foot through the front door is friendly, helpful, welcoming and ensuring your visit is top notch. The activities by the pool were great for the kids - DJ and games - and poolside service was fantastic! This was our second time here at we will be back.

The rooms need a bit of TLC - mainly bathrooms but they are doing a full remodel starting in October 2023 and will be completed by April 2024. Excited to see what the property looks like afterwards. The breakfast buffet was hit or miss - some items were great others were a little stale but the service was good.

The room was nice and had everything we needed. We loved the housekeeping, they cleaned the rooms, did the dishes, brought fresh towels and made the beds everyday. Bonus for my daughter was the towel creature on her bed everyday made by Julienne our housekeeper. Pizza at the Market was delicious and so convenient as well as the pool bar food options for lunch. Service was fantastic and all staff was kind and helpful. The pools were nice, having 2 for family and 1 for adults was nice. We would definitely stay again.

I was not impressed with the HH Prime for the price I expected a more seasoned steak and more flavor all around. It was hard to find towels at peek times by the pool. Knowing that the year before the guests we met paid much less was sad, hoping that the price goes down a little the next time we look to stay, it was a bit high in comparison.

I love this resort. It’s pet friendly and it’s in a great location. Staff is friendly and the restaurants are good. Our favorite is the XO bar that opens around 4pm each day.

There was a ton of construction at this time during our visit but that’s ok, they’re aiming to improve.

Staff friendly, cleaning person was excellent, enjoyed the pools, especially the adult pool...liked having bar and food choices onsite, courtyard was awesome, beds were comfortable

Rooms and bathrooms are a little dated, HH Prime Food was mediocre at best and WAY over priced, as were the alcoholic drinks at all the bars on the property.....in general your prices do NOT match the property, this is a great hotel, but is priced like a 5 star resort with Michelin rated restaurants...it is not....have came here way before it changed to Omni...not sure why it did, but the rate increase is going to force us to shop around a little for more appropriate pricing in the future. One last thing, the adult pool had green mold on the rim when we got there, it was cleaned a couple days later, but that was really nasty.

The staff at this location was suburb! Super friendly especially 2 ladies bar servers at the adult pool. They were always walking around and asking if you wanted anything. They remembered your name & room # and always plesant & greeted you every time with a smile. The 2 bartenders in the inside bar were also exceptional. We stopped in every night for a night cap and they were happy to see us, remembered us and even knew what we ordered the night prior. We were greeted every morning at breakfast by the best hostess ever, she was always cheerful and made sure we knew what the specials were and who was going to take good care of us during our breakfast. The shuttle drivers were also exceptional. Dropped us off and picked us up with smiles and pleasantness. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in visting Hilton Head. This was our 1st time here but it won't be our last

Our room was ok. For the price of a suite I would have expect a bit more. Like a couch along with the 2 chairs so no one had to sit on beds. The AC was not great. We had it turned down to 50 and still was very warm in our room.

Amazing location and gorgeous beach which wasn't crowded at all. Dining options onsite were varied which was great. Rooms were nice and spacious. The staff were fantastic and couldn't have done more for us! We could cycle to so many local spots and along the beach which we loved and Hilton Head has so many great dining options.

The family pools were nice but busy (although we did go in school holidays!). The rooms although spacious and comfortable could do with updating but we were told they are due for an update in the next few months!

The location is perfect, especially with little kids. My boys enjoyed very much the proximity of the ocean, the heated pool, nearby dining and activities. This was our first visit and we will be coming back.

The person checking us in could have given us more information as we mentioned it was our first visit. For example, we learned on day 2 that the parking pass needed to be displayed and left in the car, not to be towed. We also called the service desk to learn about on property dining options. I recommend a quick list of must tell first time customers, just to avoid additional calls.

Nice pools and beautiful, large beach with lifeguard and chairs/umbrellas for a fee. We enjoyed the adult pool. Drinks, food and service were great. Our room was spacious with a small sitting area and kitchen including fridge and Keurig. The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in! There’s a playground and activity desk to provide bike and beach equipment rentals. Our balcony was large and private with a view of the ocean but also the parking lot.

The hotel exterior and some of the indoor furnishings were a bit dated but didn’t diminish our enjoyable stay. It was also rather pricey without much included. For example, beach chairs and umbrellas were extra but we brought our own.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front Desk employee provided suggestions for dining which were spot on! All of the employees were friendly. Took advantage of opting out of room cleaning. Requested extra towels one day and the employee left more towels two days later. Nice touch. Access to the beach was an easy walk and the beach was fairly clean.

Three of the five nights we were there, the courtyard was closed due to private events. Unable to sit outside and enjoy the resort. The term partial ocean view was a BIG stretch- very small angled view. That was disappointing. The entrances to the beach were uneven and difficult to navigate. Pools were crowded.
