Nice quite comfortable hotel with good rates and in a good location. Love the oceanfront room, and the staff are wonderful. Beds are comfortable

Air conditioner was a little noisy but otherwise room was great.

The views from our balcony were awesome. The snow was unexpected.

It was clean and on a good location and price was decent front desk staff was nice.

I didn't like that there wasn't an ice machine on our floor and on checkout day, the cleaning lady barged In our room three times before we checked out when she knew we hadn't left yet. The cleaning staff wasn't so pleasant. The room was very small. There was a $100 deposit that we didn't know about. It was returned after checkout but we didn't know about it untill check in. It should have been made clear on the website.

The pool area was nice! The room was clean and comfortable!

What’s not to like? Would be nice to have a free continental breakfast.

Comfortable beds, fairly quiet and basic for our needs.

A bit of cleanliness issues, but other than that good. Too many guests smoking marijuana outside their rooms. The smell pulled into the AC unit and it was gross.

Location. Good parking. Oceanfront.

Shoeing a little age. You the tale that the floors had been mopped with dirty water.

loved it. the staff was awesome ,friendly and helpful. we had a room on the 3rd floor facing the ocean which could not have been better. wanted to run around but got so comfortable that we slept and lounged a lot. I want to know where they get their mattresses and pillows from? seriously the bed was so firm and great for my back but still soft and comfy and the pillows were perfect. this isn't a fancy 5 star hotel (didn't cost as much either), but it was nice and it was clean and smelled clean. also they didn't hit us with a bunch of high fees on top of the room price. had the cheapest resort fee I could find and they did allow certain dogs with a 1 time pet fee as opposed to a high nightly fee comparable to a room cost..

the pizza place on the 2nd floor . Its a separate entity from the hotel, but I would advise against it. problems ordering online, problems confirming the order( they couldn.t find the order) and after we had called it a loss and ordered elsewhere, they finally email us that it was ready. So since I had already paid for it, I decided to walk down and get it. it was horrible and ended up throwing it away. but the hotel is awesome!

Location Location Location means everything. The hotel is in a great location. Right on the beach and close to so many things. Such as restaurants and shopping. Staff was excellent. So friendly and helpful. Hotel is an older hotel but still great place to stay.

Even though our stay was great the beds and pillows were not to our liking. Not that there was anything really wrong with them just not what we were use to. Suggest taking your own pillows just in case you feel the same way. My husband was disappointed there wasn't a bath tub only shower.

I liked having a corner room, but the room was not as nice as the price or pictures would have you believe. The dining room light did not come on, the room had kitchen with dishwasher, but NO dishes, pots, pans, silverware at all. Nothing! We bought groceries to fix breakfast but there wasnt even a dish or glasses in the kitchen!! They had a bottle of dish detergent at the kitchen sink to wash WHAT?gFor a deluxe room, the bathroom was TINY! No room around sink at all. This room was nothing like a $750 for 2 nights room should be. So ripped off.

Full kitchen, stove, dishwasher, but NO dishes! No pots or pans, spoons, glasses, NOTHING. Dozens of cabinets but NOTHING in them!!

In My personal opinion! Great value for the price!! Thankful to be able to bring my dog to the pet friendly hotel! Beds,towels,pools were clean! Which is a must ! There was very few damages from dogs l/people that’s stayed in the past which is to be expected. Was able to check in few hours early since room was ready! The lady that checked us out was very nice as well as house keeping. I like that they had two pools. Didn’t order the pizza place that’s located inside.

Only thing i could think of is being able to hear through the walls. Heard other peoples phone alarms. And i know others would hear our dog when we would leave her in hotel.
