Jessica at the front desk that night was absolutely awesome. She was so helpful and so pleasant. I would there again just because of her and her amazing customer service. Our room was my actually my second favorite part. It was very nice and clean and super comfortable. We come to Charleston at least once a year around this time. We will definitely stay there again. I just hope Jessica will still be there 🙂

Most of the staff were pleasant. One of the ellipticals worked. It was located right near the highway, which made it fairly easy to get around.

There were stains in the wall in my room and on the walls in the stairways. The hinges in the bathroom were filthy. It looked like they had repaired a hole in the wall in my room but never matched the paint. The screen on my window was bent, so if I opened my window to get some fresh air, bugs could come in.

Everything was as described with the property minus the no locals rule.

I hate that I was not told before booking that there was a $250 deposit for locals. If this was told to me i would have not booked this property as this was for a friend who was from out of town. She was present with ID in hand but she was not already added to the room. It was an major issue. It had to be paid as everything else was already booked up. And a 7 day hold. Boomer!

The room was clean, housekeeping was great, beds comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

The front area was ok, it wasn't a inviting place to walk into and when I checked in a group of people were chatting. I'm not a frequent traveler but the lack of information I received made me feel like I should know and not ask. I paid $400 for 2 nights stay and I did expect a more upscale place.

We came to support my sister having a medical procedure at MUSC. The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The location was close to the hospital but not right downtown Charleston. It was nice to have food delivered to the room from restaurants. We would gladly stay again.

The service, and staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable also, and the breakfast was terrific! The t.v. was really slow though, and there wasn't much to choose from. I wish I would've had a freezer as well. All and all I had a really great stay.

Room was comfortable, roomy and clean. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Delicious daily breakfast. Downtown Charleston and many other sights within a 30 drive. Many local restaurants and stores chose from.

Pool was nice but very cold.

The continental breakfast was better than we expected. Staff was friendly and courteous. The location was good because it was convenient to restaurants, stores, and novelty places.

We could hear our next door neighbors a little too well.

The breakfast was tasteful and I liked the fact that it was served until 10:00.

I didn't care for the sausage and the bathtub was worn and slippery. It also had a puddle of standing water in it.

I like the location of the place close and near to the north woods mall restaurants and other places

I didn’t like the fact that there were squatters around the property even tho I didn’t come outside much mainly for that reason
