Both breakfasts were fabulous, beautifully presented and very filling. The hostess asked ahead of time about any allergies and preferences. One morning we had eggs, bacon and waffles, another morning omelets. Both breakfasts also included fruit and bread. A selection of hot teas was available and served in a beautiful collection of teacups. The beds were very comfy. A refrigerator was in the room and stocked with bottles of water. Chocolates were on the bedside table. There was a large walk-in closet and an ironing board and iron were available although we didn't use them. A hairdryer was also available in the bathroom as well as hand sanitizer, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The location is excellent, close to downtown restaurants and shops and even closer to the beautiful Azalea Park.

On the booking.com website, it did not say that using both beds would incur an additional fee. My granddaughter and I prefer to sleep in separate beds. That's why I booked the room with two queens instead of the king bedroom. On booking.com, the site represented both bedrooms as the same price.

The location was perfect! Close to historic area, shops, and restaurants. We were able to walk to those areas. Breakfast was excellent definitely gourmet quality. Also served promptly at selected time but time allowed for leisurely enjoyment of surroundings if so desired.

the historical area, beautiful grounds

i was not aware of the rooms being 2nd floor and had to change lodging due to stairs and her disability. The beds were very nice and comfortable but it was high for my friend who has a disability. my oversight to not look into the description of the property. Although, the host/owner was very accommodating and gracious to make our stay very enjoyable

This was our first visit to the Summerville area. Caroline’s is an absolute gem. Wonderful private room with everything you could need; all tastefully decorated. The gardens are beautiful. breakfast is superb and so professionally presented. The host is amazing and offers great advice on what to do and where to eat. Walking distance to downtown Summerville. Staying at Caroline’s was genuinely an great experience.

This is a lovely Bed and Breakfast. The home is comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. There are special touches to the rooms, like robes and chocolates bed side. We were very comfortable and welcomed

Breakfast was delightful and tailored to our preferences. Caroline and hubby keep a beautiful home inside and out. We enjoyed our privacy but also appreciated the hominess of the porch, parlor and grounds. Walking to the local parks and the charming town square was such an added bonus! We will definitely be returning....probably in September for the Sweet Tea Festival.

If we could have stayed longer!

The house/property is absolutely beautiful. it was beautifully decorated for Christmas from outside to inside. The owners are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. I would 100% recommend staying there and we cannot wait to come back.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The host and hostess were extremely accommodating and added personal touches that made us feel at home. The breakfast was incredible where we were able to meet other guest.

Very filling gourmet breakfasts. No need to eat lunch. Each breakfast was a culinary treat.

A bit of a drive to Charleston but the upside is that it’s located in a quiet town where everything is easily accessible.

Caroline’s B n B is a charming beautiful place with a very homey feel the front porch was a quiet place to sit in the evenings Caroline herself was super nice and attentive We were within walking distance to downtown Summerville We will definitely stay here again :)
