This was our first stay at the AmericInn in Belle Fourche as it often is booked when we come through for work trips. I will attempt to stay here each time I am in the area on future trips. The breakfast is amazing! They have this lovely woman who makes you an omelet or waffles and they have so many choices of breakfast foods it’s really unheard of for a hotel. The interesting part is that at least when I booked it, I didn’t have to choose a rate that included breakfast as every room seemed to have that option (not sure if that is always the case but it was for our dates of travel). The pool/spa here is nice, clean and the rooms were equally so. The staff (two of which we interacted with are the actual owners) are so friendly and responsive. I met a gentleman who travels for work in the parking lot and he volunteered without me asking his opinion that this is “the” place to stay in the area.

One minor thing was that my elderly father (a mechanical engineer with who previously sold heating systems) staying with me noticed that the wall heater wasn’t working in our room (Fan worked/heater didn’t). It was December but the place is so well insulated, it really didn’t matter as the room was comfortable without the additional heat (in fact I prefer that for sleeping) so I asked them NOT to fix it while were staying there. ;-) The amusing thing was that the owner heard that something wasn’t perfect and I could tell he was super eager to fix it yet I made him wait until we departed. This shows the kind of attention they give to this wonderful hotel that they constructed themselves.

This facility is clean, clean, and cleaner. The staff everyone of them were friendly and extremely hospitable. I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay. The breakfast lady was absolutely the best. Thank you

There is nothing unliked about this place. If I'm ever in Bell Fouche again, .this is where I'll stay

Breakfast was great so was the staff. Nice area for smokers to go. The location was all on me. I booked an entire trip in less than 2 weeks without any input from spouse and not being sure or what we wanted to see. Although this location did allow us time to go to Wyoming for a day.

We appreciated the warm reception we got from the two gals at the front desk when we first arrived! The lobby is very welcoming, and the room was roomy and very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and included omelettes made on the spot by Diane. She said she’s been with your hotel about 10 years! She’s a jewel!

The facility was very nice and especially clean. I wasn't feeling well so the comfort was appreciated. We would stay.again for sure. The staff was very gracious.

The stairs are still doable for us but an elevator would be better. At the end of a long day stairs seem tall.

Very friendly staff, awesome breakfast choices, and a clean facility.

I can't really say much about the dislikes at this facility. It wasn't the newest hotel, but it was very well kept and comfortable.

The extra bedding I asked for was provided and appreciated. The hot meal for breakfast was hot not luke warm. The staff was very freindly

It is a bit hidden from the road, but it was quiet and no truck sounds.

This hotel looked and felt exceptionally clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional with a large variety of foods including make your own waffles and omelets and fried eggs cooked to order Highly recommend!

Clean, updated, nice lobby and decor, friendly staff, helpful staff, great breakfast. Easy to find. Good north Black Hills location.

Snacks expensive. Bag of micro popcorn $1.75 . Elevator not centrally located.

This may be the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel a lot. Wonderful staff and breakfast was restaurant quality. Quiet area. Great pool and hot tub. Loved everything! Diane makes omelets!!!
