Room decor is fresh! Bathrooms are clean and modern! Beds are very comfortable! Location is within walking distance of entertainment/shopping/history and the view is spectacular! Good atmosphere! Love the relaxing outdoor fire area!

Not happy to discover there was a daily parking fee that was not disclosed until the end of check in! AND we had a UTV from 9pm until 8am ONE night that we were charged parking for as well! Also, when we arrived back to the hotel on Friday night there was not a space immediately available! Staff was helpful but could’ve been friendlier- they don’t seem happy!

Scrambled eggs and sausage, pancakes, orange juice. Liked the cereal, bagels and english muffins.

Coffee was too hot, full of coffee grounds. The team hard a hard time keeping up with refilling the orange juice coffee and pancake mix. Bagel toaster confused the old people and really held up the line. would have been nice to have a sweet roll or doughnut. Also, no greek yogurt. only fruit was an apple. The rooms were small and not enough room to put suitcases off the floor. Also really missed having coffee pot for hot tea in the room. missed an end table on the out sides of the beds.

- Spacious and comfy room - Breakfast included - Location: walking distance to Deadwood historic old town; within Casino/ restaurant complex (however no noise from downstairs), hence very convenient if you wanted to gamble/ eat out - Main area (around reception; comfy chairs) and outside balcony with fireplace and nice mountain view

- One of the two rooms unfortunately was opposite of the ice machine, hence it was quite noisy during night (people getting ice cubes) - On top parking fee - Check-in wasn't very smooth (probably cause the staff member was quite new and just moved to the US)

We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hard floors and rooms, especially for us keeping up after a husky mix. Most of the staff were super friendly, and I am so glad they greeted our dogs with such open arms. I will say though...the pancake machine, I'm going to miss that.

No complaints, just suggestions. It would be nice to have a swiffer in each room to help keep the floors clean so we don't bother housekeeping all the time. Secondly, the rooms need some recliners or couch and not just a rolling office chair.

Smell as u walk In the building. vanilla Spray over load! Bedroom and hallway by 221 stunck like sewage. East Walls in my rooms were dirty you could not help, but to notice it. No Coffee on each levels. Even if it by elevator it would be better. A water bottle would've been nice as we walked into our rooms or when we check in. Hair Blow dryer needs all asbestos removed from back.no pen.

The free breakfast was a bonus!

The tile floor in the rooms, not cozy feel under your feet, although understand there reasoning behind tile. A nightlight in the bathroom would be beneficial, especially since ther bathroom door would not stay open a crack for light. Either it latched or swung back open. PAYING FOR PARKING.... REALLY? it's not a ball game or concert. Nightstands to small for CPAP, phone and other items. Was afraid my $3000 CPAP would fall off the narrow nightstand onto a hard floor and break. Some items did fall off during the night.

Great location Rooms were quiet. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed having casino and food court right there.

Not much space or shelves to put belongings. Breakfast was only served from 6--9. Would appreciate having breakfast available until 10 especially when gambling late. Low water pressure and water temp kept changing in shower.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed to adjust my stay, so she told me how to do that via Booking.com and it was handled promptly and quickly.

I was disappointed that I had to pay a separate parking fee; I felt the room rates were high enough to include that. And It was a little confusing when I drove up as to how to get into the hotel.

Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and floor. Nice thick towels. Breakfast was excellent - terrific choices including healthy options.

Being charged a fee for parking. It was not disclosed during booking and it added $15 plus tax. I felt nickeled and dimed. The price for parking should be included in room rate. Most everyone arrives in a car

the checkin ladies were very friendly and got us checked in very rapidly. the rooms were clean, the towels, when asked for new ones were there when needed. The downstairs desk helped us with our promotions and gave us all that were expected . The rate we paid for midweek was great. Wish weekends were the same, but maybe as we continue to visit Deadwood and Tru/Cadallic Jacks, we can accumulate enough prompt points to stay as inexpensively as we did this stay. Thanks. Breakfast was certainly a bonus.
