DoubleTree by Hilton Deadwood at Cadillac Jack's

The valet man was very friendly and helpful. Check-in staff were very friendly and explained how everything worked. The rooms are also quiet and we didn't hear a lot of guest noise.

When I asked the manager (young man with facial hair) where I could find the elevators he said, "Oh I'm the manager, the people at that counter (pointing to check-in) can help you." It took just as much energy to tell me where they were located as it did to say, ask someone else.

The room was lovely and the staff was very friendly. Overall, a very nice location for us to get away and spend time together. The facilities were amazing and the casino was very cool and the restaurants were delicious.

The shower was interesting to use, but eventually we were able to get it figured out. Other than that, the stay was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves.

Everything, accept the Hilton needs personalized coffee cups 🥤with Starbucks downstairs. I came in with my favorite coffee mug that I got from Starbucks in Bali Indonesia, I was hoping to get a Deadwood coffee cup personalized from the Hilton Deadwood in the Starbucks shop near the casino. To my surprise, there were none. It would be nice to see the Hilton and Starbucks work on this topic as I am sure they would sell many for a profit.

Fantastic now that's a hotel

Our room was large and comfortable. The property was very nice. Employees were great!

Disappointed the breakfast wasn't included considering the cost of the room. The door to the bedroom should be solid rather than see through.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed, couch/ottoman, and chair was comfortable and the room temperature control was nice!

I wish there was overhead lighting as trying to do something that required light meant being in the bathroom(um, no?) or hovering/huddled under a lamp.

Very modern and clean

Casino was a little small but it was still good , service at Guadalajara was okay. A little unorganized but once we got sat everything was great and the food was worth the wait

The rooms were great, i would have liked more instructions how to find the front desk, how the wifi worked and how to use free play, st my check in, BUT i liked the welcome text from the staff and got my questions answered then.

Great hotel not far to walk into Deadwood Main St. Staff really helpful and friendly. Very clean room with lovely complimentary toiletries and water and cookies on check-in.

Noisy air con.

Easy parking - fee traded for play. Great beds. Fabulous check in desk help. Great customer service!

HW went out however was corrected within 2 hours and received play/food credits for inconvenience.

Covered parking - loved. Bed - loved. Room - loved. Staff - loved. Late check out - Love!

Short on time. Restaurant was closed. Smoke area needed some attention as well as the mess people left around the fire rings.
