Conveniently located near the interstate and other major highways with easy on-and-off access. Several restaurants nearby, mostly fast food joints that are open fairly late. Close to gas stations. Friendly, courteus front desk staff. Our room, accommodating three persons, was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offering was sufficient, of the quality, variety, and quantity one expects in most hotels of this class nowadays.

Very good breakfast Nice choices of food. Kept clean by staff and the hot food was kept full. I absolutely loved the bed! I don’t think I’ve ever had a bed that soft and comfortable. I would stay again because of that

I know improvements were being made in the hotel. A ’little’ noisy. However, it didn’t start until after 0900. The small exercise room had just what I needed, however, the elliptical didn’t work. The desk staff seemed more occupied with ‘friends’. Weren’t very engaging.

The employee that took care of the breakfast area, deserves a big wage increase, not once was she staring at her phone , constantly replenishing the food items/ coffee juice, etc . When not doing she that was wiping up counters and tables. The kind of employee that many would want to have on their team. The lady cleaning rooms was kind and helpful, likewise give the gal a raise. These are the people that would encourage guests to come back.

Location was great. You couldn’t miss the large profile on the hill/ exit. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool room could be a little warmer. Breakfast was very good but after 4 days the breakfast offerings never changed.

Change up the breakfast offering more often. Stronger coffee, and more tables in breakfast room

Breakfast was decent, though I would have preferred it to be warmer. Kitchen staff were extremely kind and helpful, as was the front desk personnel.

Would be nice if there was an adults only time for the pool. Or at least twelve and over. Also, my adult sons were in a separate room and had to listen to squeaky pipes all night from next door, along with small children running in the room above them for most of the night. I did tell them to call the front desk if it bothered them too much, but they chose to ignore it as best they could. They said it's just a part of traveling!

Loved the breakfast buffet! Eggs were enchanting! (not sure if they were the 'instant eggs' variety, or if they were real, but they were extremely tasty, and they really hit the spot. Waffle maker was busy the whole time though, and I believe that if there were one more 'large' waffle maker, it would really complete the breakfast buffet. As it stands there was one 'large' and one '4-small-waffle' makers. Drinks were wonderful, and the dining facility was well staffed, cleaned, and the hostesses (waitresses?) were kind, and wished the best with whomever they spoke. I needed directions to many of the local features, and one slender, blonde, waitress (tattoos - can't remember her name!), was particularly helpful, even though she was leaving the business soon. She treated me with respect, and I felt very much at home speaking with her. The hot-tub was nice and warm (I'd complained that it was too cool the first night, but never had a problem after that). There were kids jumping into it, which was a little annoying, but nobody got hurt while I was there, so I count that as a blessing.

Having to check out and leave! Having to come back home to my mundane life after an awesome vacation and stay! 18-hour drive. It was worth it though.

Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and how described. Beds were very comfortable.

They only had two elevators and one was down. It took a long time to get up to the fourth floor and down. Was forced to take the stairs slot. I know these are issues that happen - just wish they could have expedited the repair

I love staying here for the same reasons I experienced again with our last stay. The staff are so nice, accommodating and understanding. We had back to back reservations and had no problem checking in and keeping the same room. I had outpatient surgery on the second day of our stay and didn't have to wait to check back in or had any trouble at all. The room was quiet, clean and the beds were so comfy.

Great room and we booked this last minute. Staff was great and was able to drop the price for me when we decided to add two more nights. Breakfast was very good - eggs and coffee were exceptional. Location was convenient to shopping and seeing the sights.

One of the two elevators was broken the entire stay and the other one was slow and having problems. Sounds were a little troubling at times.

Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we need for our long weekend stay. The bed was comfortable best sleep I had in a Hotel in a long while!

The elevator needs maintenance, there was a time where it felt like we could have been stuck? It took awhile to register what floor to take us. I was a little sketch out taking it after that experience.
