Large, pet-friendly hotel with great staff. Because we were only staying one night, the front desk staff reduced our pet fee in half which was very kind and reflects well on hotel management. We didn't use it but there is evidently a waterpark in the same complex so this would be a great place for families.

There are a lot of hotels clustered together so there is a decent amount of hustle and bustle around the property. There's not much to do right near the hotel and you have to travel a bit to get more to the heart of the city.

The location and the room was great

The fact that dogs were allowed to walk around the breakfast room and one actually jumped up on the coffee counter. That’s disgusting. We are a dog owner/ lover but dogs should not be allowed in a food/eating area. No staff member asked the dog to be removed. Plug in bathroom didn’t drain properly Self sticking Soap dispenser kept falling off the wall.

The breakfast was very lacking. Same thing every day. Plenty of room in serving area to add waffle maker, muffins, bagels and many other things to add variety for those staying multiple days or just one Day. Rate it a 1 out of 10

Great room, a step above what I'm used to. Very comfortable room, even with my physical condition being a little sub-par (I was recovering from a serious back strain). Great, helpful staff. They were kind enough to check on me during my stay.

I'm having to nit-pick, but would have preferred a larger (4-cup) coffee maker. On the other hand, the hotel supplied all the coffee I needed so not really a significant issue.

I can't even say enough about how much we loved this hotel. Our room was like an apt, the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 5. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The onsite amenities, decor and of course the pool were all bonuses. We also loved all that there was to do in the surrounding area of Rapid City, we LOVED South Dakota. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

It's a little home away from home. It's a good place to get away and relax. The mini kitchen is great if you want to eat in and avoid the crowds at restaurants. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are awesome.

The shower should have a door or curtain so water won't leak out all over the bathroom floor. The couches should be cleaned. The parking spaces should be bigger because I always worry that my vehicle is going to get damaged or I might damage someone else's.

Everything was absolutely amazing. From the on staff help to the quality of the rooms. Our stay was above expectations. Overall we were thrilled with our stay.

The only item that was lacking was the onsite breakfast. The hours of availability, selection and scarcity of some of the items was lacking. This was the only thing that left us wanting more.

This place was amazing for the price. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very kind and helpful. Very clean. We ended up staying 2 nights. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Restaurant choices weren't that great in close proximity . As we were leaving to go west we did see some we missed

Pleasant staff and comfortable room

Placed in room beside interstate highway after requesting a room away from traffic noise. I was told we couldn't move elsewhere - no other rooms available. We did not sleep well for 4 nights even with earplugs. Deafening noise. Lighting in bathroom not the best.

Really nice place. We had three people in a one bedroom with kitchen for a week and had a great time. Very comfortable. Nice facilities and fixtures.

Breakfast was good but the same every day.
