It was a great location close to shops and the room was also great very nice layout. The breakfast was also very nice alot to choose from and the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable also. We had a suite and it had a kitchen with everything we need if we needed it definitely somthing I will be looking for if going on another vacation and this one will be hard to beat. They did have a pool and hot tub and fitness center but did not get to use it. They also had a social how but did not make it also if we come back to Rapid city, SD we definitely will try to book here again.

Great place to stay, whether for work or for leisure. Large, clean and comfortable suite. Great facilities. Relatively fast wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff that go the extra mile. Good location near I-60 and local shopping and food outlets. The Black Hills (Keystone, Mt Rushmore) are only 30 mins by car. Breakfast is okay. Free laundry use. Great business center and a 'den' that is ideal for doing some computer work. Regular social gatherings. Great outdoor terrace. Ample and easy parking.

No problems whatsoever other than a noisy neighbor for 2 days out of a 14 day stay

The hotel is nicely located. The breakfast was great and the breakfast team was very friendly. Our kids enjoyed the pool a lot and we enjoyed the outside patio for meals. We toured Badlands, Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse. We found the big kitchen very convenient. And their are stores close by to do the groceries.

We missed having a table to sit down as a family. We had to ask for extra plates (but we got thrm straight away). We had sometimes to few towels.

Only had breakfast one day due to busy schedule, but it was good (eggs, bacon), seating area was nice, nice view out the back of the hotel

The room did not ventilate well, even though we ran the AC while gone when we got back at the end of the day the room smelled like the inside of a gym bag which indicates there was no or little fresh air ventilation. Also, the humidity stayed high in the room, I had to turn the AC down to icebox levels to dry it out somewhat... this again made it apparent there was no fresh air coming in as the outside air had very low humidity (30%)

Love the location and breakfast was delicious!! Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The pool was kind of small and there were kids throwing a football around the whole time we were in there and had no regard of the other kids in the pool or the adults sitting along the pool. I kept getting splashed from them throwing the football and diving and pushing one another into the pool. My children could not enjoy themselves due to the other kid's behavior and total disregard for other children in the pool. I wished the other parents were also more considerate of others and asked their kids to settle down a bit so others besides their kids, could enjoy the pool.

very nice suite. full kitchen an all the appliances were like new. every thing we needed was stocked in the room. The refrigerator even had an icemaker that work great. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, fresh fruits, yogurt, traditional muffins, bagels, fresh eggs, and sausage.

Could not really find anything we didn’t like

The room was beautiful! The kitchen was impressive! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not their fault, but when I booked the room on booking.com, it said it was a handicapped room and that it would be $160. I was comparison shopping and booked this because it was the best price. Ibwas charged $250!!!!! Never would have stayed here for that price. It was just a quick over night to pick up my son from his mother. We just slept there and and left.

Loved the breakfast buffet Rooms were nice and spacious with 6 adults.

No luggage carts to be found and ladies at service desk kept telling us where to look as if we were blind, We could clearly see no carts at main door entrance!!! Yet they kept telling us to look . Other than that it was a very nice place.

Only had breakfast 1 day- wish it went until 11am as we like to sleep in when we are on vacation! Front desk staff Very friendly and accommodating when we needed extra towels.

Evening social we only went to once and they were out of most food by the end of the hour. A bit expensive and I think the rates were raised because it was during Sturgis time.

Breakfast was excellent. The evening social was an unexpected delight.

Had difficulty setting the ac temperature, the room was very cool. The toilet has a tendency to continually run.
