Sleep Inn Nashville - Brentwood - Cool Springs

The hotel is tucked away off of I-65 near the Cool Springs Mall making for a very quiet stay. If you don't have GPS you'll be at a loss for finding it as there is no signage. It's a very quiet location, off of Mallory Lane, and near a Shell/Twice Daily, with plenty of parking. I arrived in the dark and felt very safe, as a lone female, who was staying there for work purposes. I arrived around midnight and felt safe, even in the parking lot in the back of the hotel. Of course, I was packing heat, but there were no nefarious characters around.

No nearby restaurants open late, such as Waffle House. I had to buy stuff from Twice/Daily, but it mostly sells junk food.

The people at the front desk were very kind, helpful, and patient. The housekeeping staff were the absolute sweetest I’ve ever seen at a hotel, and everything was BEYOND clean! Our room was serviced daily, and we never had to ask for anything. The ladies who prepared breakfast kept everything fresh and refilled constantly. They were so cheerful, too, just precious! This was the best hotel stay we’ve had in a very long time. (Also, the rooms are adorable.)

The only slight, very slight, issue we had was with our room keys, which didn’t always want to work. The front desk staff fixed them immediately and cheerfully.

We loved the staff, who were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - including the hot items. And my husband was thrilled that there was coffee always available.

We had a handicapped accessible room, so it was very spacious. The tub, however, was very difficult to get into and out of. I understand that it's probably designed for those in wheelchairs, but it was more than a challenge for my old knees and hips.

I didn’t like the fact that the desk agent was very pre-occupied. She didn’t even ask for my drivers license for verification. I didn’t like that I was told that I had to pay a non refundable fee at check in for each of my small dogs. That wasn’t advertised at booking online. Was very mis-leading. We were trying to find good value in the price. A king sized bed room (which they didn’t accommodate, we ended up with queen) was advertised at $126/night, allowing pets cost me $196.01. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. The coffee was awesome. Parking lot was flat so it was easy to play outside with the grandson. Easy access off from highway. Loved the ambience. My 88 yr old mother was along, due to the pandemic we stayed put at the hotel. Dollar tree is across the street if you forget anything.

The pool was closed, bummer. I have a little 10 lb. 10 year old daschund. I thought the pet charge was evaluated per pet and not an every day charge.

The room was clean and comfortable, the mattress on the beds was comfortable, enjoyed the morning breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Did not like the people in the room by 228....they were arguing and their children were crying-when I called the desk she just said they were looking into it.

Stayed three nights here while visiting friends. Room was very clean especially the shower which had good pressure and hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good selection but not much gluten free.

The fridge in room froze my items. I had four small bottles of Perrier in there and one exploded. I reported the problem as I checked out. It was a minor inconvenience.

Staff was very pleasant. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds very nice. Shower was great. Liked separate dressing area between beds and bathroom. Towels nice, softer than most. I had a very comfortable stay and a great night's sleep.

Front parking area was full. As I arrived late and was traveling alone, I did not like parking along side of the building. Could have used more lighting. Breakfast was scant ( 2 types of cold cereal, yogurt, fruit ( bananas were green) perhaps wrapped breakfast burrito but not sure. Coffee. I realize breakfasts have been cut back due to covid. However, most other hotel chains have still offered muffins, bagels, granola bars, peanut butter, jam, cream cheese, etc.. Some offered hot entrees, eggs, oatmeal, potatoes, sausage, etc. Dressing area needs a make up mirror.

The staff was so very nice and helpful! Loved the location and was close to eating places. The Beds were so comfortable! The rooms were very clean! Will definitely stay here again!!

Nothing negative about the property!

Basic property, well located, depends on the employee how was the breakfast. Can’t complain for $55 the night. But others properties for example give you a brand new toilette paper wrapped so no one touched, wasn’t here like that. The coffee cups weren’t wrapped either. But you see people walking around with out mask, so maybe I was the only who cares. Next to the highway, across the street of the mall and all the restaurants
