The beds were very comfortable, with nice selection of 4 pillows on each bed. Easy to access off interstate.

The room was very musty/moldy smelling, as if wet clothing had soured. When we first entered it smelled heavily of air freshener, which of course dissipated and left the true odor. WiFi was difficult to connect. Room in general seemed to need updating, e.g. light switch plates were stained/grimy.

It was not made clear that breakfast was not complimentary! It should have been mentioned on line or at least at registration. IHG web log in NEVER works. I had the problem here, and I had the next few nights in Fayetteville, AR and then in Nashville on the way home. I've had it in your hotels in FL and NC. IT will join the Wifi fine, but then the password log in page never loads so you cant get on line. I end up having to use my phone hotspot. This isn't intermittent with IHG, it is every time. I also don't think IHG rewards are friendly. I don't want to have to look stuff up or carry a card. Just give me the rewards I am do, when I register. If this keeps up I may have to choose another chain.

Great location right next to a gas station. Makes it super easy to buy water (at cheaper prices than the hotel or airport!) and gasoline to save on rental car refueling costs. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom. Friendly staff. Very clean room.

Terrible gym. It was just a few treadmills, some of which were broken. Sky-high prices for water & food, so buy those at the gas station next door.

I didn’t eat breakfast there. It seemed pretty clean to me

When I went to check in I stood there far longer than I should have with no one around the desk. Not a good welcome. Also, no blanket or sheet for the pull out couch. Had to go to the desk and we’re not greeted in a friendly manner

My husband and I were there with another couple for 3-nights. Each couple with their own rooms. We liked the location of the hotel, as it was close to family we were visiting. The parking lot was well lit and the pavement was smooth. The landscape was also nice. The hotel itself has a modern decor. It wasn't too big or too small. We were welcomed with a friendly smile by Louis at the check-in desk. Check-in went smoothly. He told us about the amenities of the hotel. The hallways were clean and had a nice scent. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious enough for up to 3-4 guest. The price was very reasonable for our lodging. Thank you for the welcoming and friendly hospitality from the staff and waiter. 🙂

Just a little inconvenience with the key cards not working 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay. We had to go back to the desk each night to get the key cards reactivated. HOWEVER...Emery was very apologetic and accommodating for the inconvenience. Also, we ate breakfast at the hotel the last day of our stay. The food was OK, however it was cold when we received it. The waiter was friendly.

Nice location. The staff were nice and friendly. There were no problems checking into the hotel.

I went downstairs (late night), to get snacks. Everything that I took to the room was stale. Yu-u-u-k! I was awakened early one morning because the fire alarm was blaring (the cook burned the bacon)!

Great value for an overnight stay. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean, although the carpet in the room was worn and stained. The beds are comfortable and the room was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Some updates are needed in the flooring/carpet.

The only issue we had was that we paid extra for the breakfast buffet but there was no breakfast available. Apparently the cook got injured. It was a little disappointing but we understand that things like that can happen. The front desk apologized and removed the additional charge for the room

The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel was close to the places we wanted to go.

The cleaning staff had their children with them. That should not be allowed with them going into guests rooms to clean. The interior hall carpet was dirty especially at the elevator entrance.

Great location, clean facility, clean air, soft tissue, great breakfast food & facility. (bacon was NOT overcooked, 2 kinds of REAL sausage). Gentlemen working in kitchen was super helpful.

I think the cleaner used in bathrooms leave an oder that I don’t care for.
