Clean facilities and convenient parking with the attached parking garage. Enjoy the ability to stream on television and use free wifi for business and personal. Room was clean and hotel was quiet for the most part.

Access to the front desk from the check-in drive is very inconvenient. Too difficult to get into when coming from the front of the building. Front desk staff was friendly, but was not attentive upon arrival. Had to get his attention from his phone. Air conditioning unit sounds like a flood coming through the room when it kicks on.

This property is located near shopping, restaurants and close to get back on the interstate. It is not noisy at all though. We were very impressed with everything. The lobby where the breakfast is served looks so nice and modern and lots of windows. It looks like a restaurant you would visit. The rooms were extremely clean so much so that I had to ask the maids what they used on the glass shower doors! The room was very spacious and modern. The TV was especially nice because you could sign into your prime or netflix to watch. The gym was very nice and the pool atrium area was heated and a very nice area. The room design takes advantage of every square inch and the closet in built into the wall. I left some of my hangup clothes there and I was able to call them and they held them for almost a full week until I was coming back through and could pick them up! We will make a point of staying here again when passing through. It's out of our way about 10-15 minutes but we just love the area and this hotel actually has free covered parking. I gave it 10 stars because we will loved it!

There is hardly a bad thing about this hotel but if I had to post any cons it would just be that we were disappointed there is no hot tub and the breakfast food could use a little upgrade. It wasn't very good but the area and ambiance made up for it.

Cleanliness, location, staff, modern plumbing fixtures. Parking garage was a great unexpected feature with the unusual winter weather we had.

Bathtub did not drain well. We told desk attendant so hopefully will be addressed. With the record cold snap (-2 degrees in Nashville) the lobby and breakfast area remained very cool - maybe low 60's. Lighting was very bright in room - should have way to dim lighting or low intensity lamp option.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious.

Breakfast was average. Both sides of the eating area that had coffee were empty for quite a while and the eggs and sausage took quite a long time to be refilled. Perhaps they should have more than 1 person working during peak eating times.

I didn’t see any elevators in the parking garage but I was only on the second level it would’ve been nice to have an entrance into the hotel, the breakfast options were also very limited and not very good the only thing good were the waffles.

Property was nice. Front desk gentleman was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Waiting on the elevator, when the door opened housekeeping was on it. The one lady rudely sighed and looked at her phone. I said I would wait for the next elevator.

the sliding rate pending in the day of the week… with a 4 night stay an “mean” rate or discount would be welcome

We were able to check in early to a very clean room and hotel overall. The staff was very friendly.

The room temperature was a bit difficult to adjust and seemed to vary between being too hot then too cold. This was a minor detail and did not take away from our experience.

All the staff were amazing and the hotel was beautiful. It was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced! I will definitely be coming back!

Convenient location. The hotel felt brand new. Excellent and safe parking garage. The most comfortable bed I have slept in while on the road. Good breakfast. The gentleman who checked me in gave me the quietest room in the hotel as requested - superior service!
