Quality Inn I-81 Exit 23

The beds were pretty comfortable. The staff was the best part. We unknowingly left a bag of clothes and electronics in the parking lot. A guest returned it to the front desk. I called and asked if it was there trying to retrace my steps. They said it was and I came and got it. I appreciate both the guest who gave the bag and the front desk people for being honest. The room was nice and cold. The ac wasn’t as loud as some. I wish there would have been a pool. I think rates were slightly higher than usual because of july 4 weekend. That isn’t the hotel’s fault though. I was glad to find somewhere closish to my mom in Rogersville. I was sad there was no breakfast too. That would have been nice. They said it was because of “Covid”.

Could have been breakfast. More curtains would be nice to block out light from signs.

The hotel was very close to my intended destination. The room was very Clean and the beds very comfy. I loved the pillows. The shower felt great after the long drive. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Restaurants in walking distance.

I was traveling with just my 2 grandchildren and I so I felt a little uncomfortable by all the men staying there. Lots of construction workers and then a motorcycle gang but I survived. The carpet was a little dirty for my grandson to crawl on but overall the room was clean. The in room frig was barley cool. I was disappointed that there wasn't anything breakfast. Hopefully it will return soon.

room 104 was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. sheets were very soft and nice.

I reserved a smoking room but when I checked in lady said she had none available. I was very disappointed because I am a female and did not want to have to go outside by myself to smoke. I just don’t feel safe anywhere going outside at night in a strange place and town. Other than that I was pleased

Nice to have the continental breakfast back. I like to sit and relax with breakfast before starting my day. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. A/C worked beautifully. Coffee in the lobby available 24 hrs a day.

My room was by the highway so it was a little noisy. And the air conditioner in the hallway also made this rattling noise all night long. Huge dent in the exterior wall of my room

I had a minor issue with the room and asked to get it fixed. They offered to move me to a different room and I accepted. Cleanliness is my top priority. The new room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel could use some updating but not terrible. Cosmetics does not make or break me. Cleanliness does. Staff were friendly but as a non-smoker with health issues from smoke they were hanging outside smoking and I did not care for that but to each his own.

In general this is a very pleasant hotel for me to be able to get my school work done through wifi while having a safe, friendly, and family oriented place for my kid. We've always had a great experience outa all staff on all shifts, even so that; last night for example: A group of 4 boys were drunk partying with loud music last night to the extent it rattled my desk and laptop. Leaving me not able to concentrate on my assignments ( I have not found an internet service that will come to my house in the sticks) and waking my son up at 11:15ish p.m. Therefore, the staff took action when we had told them about the situition, because I needed to have this assignment in at 12p.m. and they have always went the extra mile for their customers and have always been understanding. I will tell you more on March 11th's stay on the next summary.

Very clean. Staff excellent. Very quiet.

Could use a little updating. Bathroom light fixture miss glass globes. Vent on wall all rusted. Needs very minor refreshing in these areas. A simple fix left not done.

Quick and easy stop along the way. Simple, basic, CLEAN hotel.

Toilet needed to be tightened, informed desk, they took care of it, no worries. When you run a hotel, there is always something that needs attention! They did great!

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The only complaint we could have, is the TV channels were all still analog. There was no cable option.
