The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. There was an issue with the type of room we received and the front desk went above and beyond to fix the issue.

The hot tub is way too small for the number of rooms in the hotel. We booked this room because this hotel had a hot tub. When we went down to the pool/hot tub area, hoping to relax, there were 3 adults using it and not much space left. If we had gotten in, we would have been sitting g elbow to elbow -no thanks. So, we didn’t even go through the door.

The breakfast was better than most hotels serve. Each morning, we had eggs, a meat, a variety of potatoes, several kinds of waffles, fruits, yogurt, bagels, biscuits, and several kinds of juice and milk.

The hotel was busy because of several special events going on like a Bass Masters tournament and family visitation for potential new students at nearby Carson-Newman College. I'm sure the hotel raised its prices because of this big demand.

All the facilities was really clean, the halls, elevator, breakfast area, bedroom and bathroom. The lobby was clean meanwhile they have a close and very protected an area under remodeling. The staff was very nice and attentive. The facilities is pet friendly but all facilities was very clean and smelling clean. I recommend this facility 100%. My own personal experience was really good.

Nice place and friendly staff. Upon check out we decided to purchase a bottle water and mello yellow. Did not expect to pay over $5.00 plus for these items. We feel this could be a little cheaper and the staff person on duty could not give us a receipt because she said it was under "multiple" . Not sure what that meant. My husband was not comfort with that. Thank you

Drinks a little much.

Room was comfortable and temperature was easily adjusted. Hotel was in an ideal location for us and parking was ample. Personnel were friendly.

Breakfast was only basic with not many choices. The sausage was okay but the eggs were poor with little taste. The OJ was terrible, very watery. We asked for the room to be refreshed each of the four days we stayed. Was only done correctly one time. We didn't think it was too much to ask for daily housekeeping since we were paying very high rates during an event weekend. But the beds weren't properly made and the bathroom wasn't cleaned and used towels replaced.

Breakfast was great!! The room was clean and supplied!! The location to the highway and restaurants is really convenient!! Pool area was really nice also!!

Do to the location being very lake touristy, the only complaint that I have is there is no paved parking area for a boat or trailer!! I had to back over the curb and park my boat in a field next to the hotel!! A minor inconvenience, but something I believe should be addressed!!

Location was good. As we travel home from the south we are not interested in amenities but location. We prefer a place close to the highway, easy off and easy on.

Bathrooms are not elderly friendly. Walk in showers would be better.

We stayed here before. We liked the breakfast and the seating area was clean. Food was really good.

Our toilet seat was loose in room 303 but I manage to tighten it up but still need tighten more.

Very clean and great location. They offered a very good breakfast too.

They said pet fees may apply but when we checked in they charged a whopping 75$ for my 8 pound cat. Most places charge 10-30$ extra but 75 was over the top. We were left with having to pay it because it was too hot out to keep our cat in the truck.

Clean and comfortable room and was in great location that was convenient to the interstate and close to the lake and other attractions. Staff very friendly.
