The bed was firm but comfortable. The staff was very friendly even when I had an issue with the remote. They even called back to make sure everything was working well.

I would have liked an extra pillow. The double room came with 4 sorta flat pillows. I’m sure they would have quickly provided me with one of I had asked. There was only a drink machine in the vending area and it was out of order at the time of our stay.

The staff was great and the handicap accessible room we had was great! The walk in shower was great! I just had a total right hip replacement and their ability to make our Stay as easy for me as possible was amazing!! Room was extremely clean!!!! Thanks so much!!! The lady owner Is AHHH-MAZZZ-ING!!! SO KIND!!!

We only had 2 bath towels but it was great...

The owners/management were very friendly and had bubbly personalities. The hotel was pet friendly and it was only $15 per night for our pet to stay with us. The room smelled fresh when we walked in and the room was very clean. The owners take pride in their hotel. We enjoyed our stay there and the price was great! Thanks for a very nice stay.

The people that run this Inn are the most friendly people. They bend over to help you have the best stay. I would highly recommend this inn for everyone to stay. The cost, staff, room, and the outside is clean. I would feel safe staying there by myself.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Location was great, staff were really nice and helpful. There was a bad thunderstorm during our stay and power went out but came right back on. It is quiet . We've stayed here a few times and will be back.

Convenient, friendly, and hospitality. This was our first time in Tennessee, we are going back and staying at the Knights Inn.

They didn't have the continental breakfast. I asked about it, they told me they are hoping to have the breakfast back by the beginning of July 2023

Customer service is amazing! The hotel is older, but the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and clean. We were on a road trip for 8 days with two service dogs and this was the most quiet, peaceful and spacious motel with a mountain view. Again, it is not modern like holiday Inn next door, but you can't beat the price!

I requested a ground floor because of my husband and my legs and she quickly responded back to me. I was given one at no extra cost. Places to eat or shop all around.

Great value and very welcoming people . Room was very comfortable and all appliances worked fine - which is rare ! Don't discount this Knights Inn if your staying in Newport , it's a real gem
