clean, awesome front desk staff and breakfast staff.

asked for clean towels. Front desk staff wrote it down in the proper area. I didn’t get fresh towels. I even helped out with the trash and put it all together and tied the garbage bags. there was a male cleaning person on floor 2 7/26/2020. no clean towels. went to front desk and received the towels I needed. The female cleaning crew was awesome just saying.

The breakfast was delicious. Each day held a new variety of food as well as some staple foods. You could prepare some of the items themselves or serve yourself from the heated containers. Lots of different selections!

I was pleased with everything. Our room was clean and large. The staff was very friendly. There was a stand holding various brochures recommending local activities. Breakfast was included and delicious!

Good breakfasts. good varity of things to chose from.

Something, maybe a/c heating unit in space next to our room was very noisey and could be annoying at night trying to go to sleep.

The young man at the front desk was very kind and helpful! The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! Thank you!

The location was off the beaten path of the interstate. The price was higher than we have been paying for senior rates or AARP members. Parking was an issue for us but we arrived rather late. Thank you!

The coffee was pretty good. Checkin and checkout was effortless. Spped of elevator was very nice, most seem lije long waits and travel.

Dull lighting in bathroom, lighting could use some updating. Outside electrical would be a plus for charging boats.

The staff was as friendly as I had ever had at any hotel. Very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and I let the staff know that.

The phones are not working in some of the rooms. If we needed to ask questions we had to go down from the second floor to the lobby to get someone's attention. But when asked if it was handled quickly.

Breakfast was alright. They at least had a good variety. Room was quiet and very clean. The pillows are super fluffy. It's a very clean hotel and staff is nice.

I was a little disappointed with the beds. They were uncomfortable.

You never seen any staff unless you went to the front desk and they don’t restock the rooms daily unless you ask. The bathrooms need some major cleaning and the bedside stand was hanging.

Breakfast was as usual.. Everything was good and the lady in charge volunteered a little help with the waffle gadget 👍.. Communication with front desk was friendly and helpful while businesslike too. All good...

All good as stated. Can not think of anything needing improvement...

The room and the staff were amazing, I would recommend to all my family and friends.

The price could have been a little better but the place was amazing.
