Good Breakfast, clean and modern room, walking around the city was great, Niswonger Performing Arts Center was Amazing!!

The NOISE at 3:04am down the hallway from our room #106 toward the front desk. We were surprised the employees at desk didn’t hear it and resolve it. I told front desk ladies about it in the morning. They told me I should have called the front desk because they have no problem knocks on guest doors to quiet them down. I’ll do that next time.

The breakfast was great, was only visiting for one night. Walking in was good, had just made a fresh pot of coffee, being a Florida native not that used to the cold temperatures. In the perfect location as well to visit the football game for the college around the corner. My grandson recommended this hotel.

Cleanliness, welcoming, friendly staff.

Breakfast could be improved. Prefer scrambled eggs to those frozen heated omelets or no eggs at all. 2 waffle machines would be helpful to eliminate wait time. The juice was watered down and undesirable. Everything else was great. The hostess was very accommodating, friendly and efficient.

The room was excellent, complete with comfortable beds and exceptional cleanliness. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is very convenient with excellent dining choices nearby.

The breakfast on our final day was cold. The potatoes and omelets were cold enough to have been refrigerated and then served without a heat source to keep them warm.

Had a guest host behind the counter, and he seemed overwhelmed at times. Busy time for check-in, and he was the only one doing it plus answering the phone.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location was great, able to walk to the convenience store next door for some drinks/etc

It's a shade pricier than other hotels in the area that I was looking at. However, this hotel had significantly better reviews and I am definitely not disappointed.

Staff was friendly and the room and hotel was very clean. We would stay here again if we travel back to the Greenville, TN area.

The breakfast was disappointing....no fresh cooked food like bacon, sausage or potatoes. There was only one waffle maker and there were already a couple of people waiting for it so we just grabbed some fruit and a muffin. I'm not sure if it was because of COVID or that is was because it was the weekend instead of the work week. The nightly rate was on the high side given the area but we did not like the other options in the area.

Every member of the staff was focused on màking our stay exceptionally pleasant and comfortable.This hotel is remarkably clean and showed no signs of shabbiness. The cooperation and communication between staff members was excellent. The breakfast and desk staff was friendly, attentive and a great source of local information.

A printed TV channel listing would have been helpful but this is the only suggestion I can make. Otherwise, our visit was flawless. Perhaps it was missing because of Covid 19 restrictions.

Very clean facilities and very friendly staff. Well stocked rooms and the desk clerk made a fresh pot of coffee upon our arrival
