All the staff was very kind and considerate. Nice clean room. The pool area was nice and clean also. Breakfast on the weekends was excellent.

There wasn't as much breakfast offered during the week mornings versus the weekend. We stayed on the first floor and it was quite noisy, I could hear the people walking above us and doors slamming. One afternoon at 430 pm maid service opened my door but couldn't all the way because of the latch. They had already been there so there was no reason for them to come back. The TV would not work every single morning.

This is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. The room was spotless. The sitting area when you first come in so very inviting. Staff was friendly and informative. The pool and hot tub area was well maintained. Price was a great value for the area. The breakfast was out of this world. Everything from biscuits, eggs, turkey sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts and so much more. Check out time being at 12 is unheard of in other hotels. All in all this was an amazing experience!

There isn’t one thing we found wrong!

Clean and inviting lobby and facilities. Loved the comfortable bed with reading lights. Loved the pool/spa hours and fitness room. Breakfast was awesome. Checkout time was perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our trips from Missouri to Florida and I will be searching for Fairfield inn everywhere we go.

Could have used a bench or chair for cargo in the bathroom - beautiful shower, just little counter space on the vanity.

The checkin process went very well and the front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and very nice. The room was clean and fresh smelling with adequate space for our needs. Will strongly consider a return should we be in the area.

The bathroom lacked any hand soap and we needed to ask for some from the front desk, which they apologized for and gladly provided when requested. We noticed an odor of some sort in the hallways that should be looked in to, but the room was fresh and clean smelling.

I did not go to breakfast because I slept in and enjoyed the very comfortable bed after a night swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. I was very happily surprised when I found out the pool and hot tub were open until 11pm as that was a huge part of me wanting to stay overnight for my birthday. My friends and I had a great time and the staff was very kind.

There was not anything I would change

Breakfast variety was very good, fresh everything. The healthy nuts, granola, dried fruit mix was a great addition to the breakfast variety. The room was very clean, and orderly. Bed was very comfortable. Great location right off the expressway. Nice walking distance to several restaurants.

Check in and out went smoothly. The extended checkout time is fantastic. The room was clean. I appreciated the newer shower with curved glass doors. The room was quiet and the hotel is in a great place. Highway is easily accessible. A cute hub of antique stores across the street. I loved the indoor saltwater pool. We will definitely be returning to this facility

I wish I could have stayed longer

The facilities were clean overall. Check-in and check-out was easy. The hotel filled up every night. The rooms were fairly sound proof, so you didn't hear a lot of noise from other rooms.

The shower temperature varied without moving the handle to change it. From nice temperature to extremely cold or hot. Happened more than once and repeatedly. Our room had an odd smell. Not sure if it was the carpet or something sprayed in it. We did not have housekeeping come to our room for cleaning. It was clean. We just exchanged towels for new towels on one day of our 4-day stay.

Enjoyed our one night stay at the Fairfield Inn in East Ridge! It must have recently been rehabbed as most of the fixtures & furnishings and physical plant looked brand new. The carpeting in the hallway and room looked brand new. The bed & bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom was very large with newer looking toilet, shower. The room temp was controlled by a wall thermostat and the window heater was relatively quiet. Had a very nice breakfast, offering eggs, sausage, waffles among other goodies.

The only downside was the somewhat noisy plumbing in both our room and the room sharing the plumbing setup, especially when the shower in the adjacent room was used. While louder than usual, the noise wss largely muffled when the bathroom door was closed.

The staff was welcoming and happy to have us stay with them. The lady at the desk was able to get us in our room before check-in time. The hotel was clean and neatly put together. Even though they were remodeling. Coffee and tea were available anytime. The pool room was clean and quiet. My husband loved the big TV and the variety of channels.

We really enjoyed our stay. Maybe the only thing I can think of is having French Vanilla creamer available.
