The facilities were clean overall. Check-in and check-out was easy. The hotel filled up every night. The rooms were fairly sound proof, so you didn't hear a lot of noise from other rooms.

The shower temperature varied without moving the handle to change it. From nice temperature to extremely cold or hot. Happened more than once and repeatedly. Our room had an odd smell. Not sure if it was the carpet or something sprayed in it. We did not have housekeeping come to our room for cleaning. It was clean. We just exchanged towels for new towels on one day of our 4-day stay.

Enjoyed our one night stay at the Fairfield Inn in East Ridge! It must have recently been rehabbed as most of the fixtures & furnishings and physical plant looked brand new. The carpeting in the hallway and room looked brand new. The bed & bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom was very large with newer looking toilet, shower. The room temp was controlled by a wall thermostat and the window heater was relatively quiet. Had a very nice breakfast, offering eggs, sausage, waffles among other goodies.

The only downside was the somewhat noisy plumbing in both our room and the room sharing the plumbing setup, especially when the shower in the adjacent room was used. While louder than usual, the noise wss largely muffled when the bathroom door was closed.

The staff was welcoming and happy to have us stay with them. The lady at the desk was able to get us in our room before check-in time. The hotel was clean and neatly put together. Even though they were remodeling. Coffee and tea were available anytime. The pool room was clean and quiet. My husband loved the big TV and the variety of channels.

We really enjoyed our stay. Maybe the only thing I can think of is having French Vanilla creamer available.

The room was comfy and clean, plenty of towels, and lighting was good. The property was clean, and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Pool and hot tub was clean and towels available. Exercise room looked good as well, not that I exercise. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The first night the top sheet on our bed should have been disposed of many times ago, thin and elastic worn out. It kept coming off the bed , however that was taken care of and the whole room was clean and comfy when we returned from a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great and the room was spacious.

The front desk staff was not polite. On Mothers Day, my wife had a special event she attending that ended at 11. On the way back, she ran into some traffic due to a wreck. I told the front desk but they didn’t care and said me and my kids had to vacate the premises at 12. I told them they situation and ask for 30 mins since I have kids and our stuff was already packed and ready to go. I was told he didn’t care and he called constantly and even came up to the room. I had to rush all of my stuff without a cart, and manage kids and he made us stand outside and wait on my wife. Worst experience ever leaving a hotel. I have never been told to vacate the premises immediately. Won’t be be returning there again.

The bed, pillows and the bathroom in the room were better than expected; additional this hotel is located across the street from a Cracker Barrel which made choosing where to have dinner easy. Also it's very convenient to I-75, but I couldn't hear the hwy noise, plus this hotel is pet friendly!

I love the fact that this hotel is pet friendly, however, other pet friendly hotels we've recently stayed at have replaced the carpet in the rooms with vinyl plank flooring...just a suggestion. The TV/satellite reception was not good, however everything else was fine.

We were greeted warmly and given a Neely remodeled room near exit doors for our bicycles. the toilet was running so they moved us next door. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing! My husband is very picky and he said it was the best. Nice breakfast options. We were just there one night but we’ll come back next time we are passing through.

hmHall carpets are old and worn

Location was perfect for us. We didn’t mind having to drive a little to the attractions we wanted. Everything was very clean. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast, the two things that were important to them.

One of the tubs was a little gross. Not that it wasn’t clean but the whole tub probably needs replaced. It was all scratched and had a dipped in area where water did not drain.

Breakfast was good. Met our needs. Room was large and comfortable. Places to eat walking distance. Great location right off interstate for a stop overnight.

Nothing really, they are upgrading lobby area, so construction is going on, but manageable and didn’t interfere with anything

pet friendly! Very close to the Georgia border and I-75, we got an early start and was able to visit Buccee's and still get through Atlanta before 7AM

Can't think of anything serious, we had a difficult time reentering/utilizing the exterior hallway door with our dog, the door didn't work with our room cards...it would have been easier than having to walk the dog through the lobby.
