Definitely an adult getaway location surrounded by great shopping, entertainment and food! You could literally walk to everything if you wanted. Parking was ok it can get a little hectic seeing as it shares parking with two busy restaurants as well, another thing I noticed is this is a pet Friendly hotel and I saw a lot of dogs during my stay so if you don’t care for other peoples pets I wouldn’t advise other then that loved the luxury feel without the added fees

The walls are a little thin

The property was very convenient to all needs and desires. The overall hotel environment was great.

The staff were not warm, friendly, or concerned about guest. Every staff that we encountered presented with a flat affect as if they didn’t want to be bothered. Upon checking in the young man was so dry and nonchalant that I thought he was upset about being at work.

The location was phenomenal, there are many attractions close by to almost walking distance. The staff kept everything professional and clean while my partner and I were staying. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or through the area.

The only con I would say would be the parking… with there being 2/3 main attractions in the are the parking lot did get congested during a certain parr of the day, but other than that there’s no problem.

After leaving for a few hours and coming back our key card stopped working and someone else got into the room with their key card later that night but didn't get all the way in.

I love chilling around the fire pit at night and checking out the live music at the "rooftop" bar. As a single woman traveler I felt very safe there. The price was pretty reasonable and the guy at the front desk was super friendly. Even tho there is several restaurants and attractions (Dave and Busters) near the hotel, I did not hear a lot of noises at night. The Beds are amazingly comfortable. And I love the pop/ modern anesthetics of the room.

The only thing that was not my favorite is finding a parking space. The parking lot is shared with the mall, cheesecake factory, Dave and Busters, and other little stores. So during the day you may have to park a little distance, depending on the busyness of the mall

Felt slightly high end for a budget hotel! really enjoyed the room design and was comfortable. we also enjoyed the room amenities like the mini fridge and kureig. it was cool knowing there was a rooftop bar, however we didn’t check it out. i would stay at an Aloft again!

The location was a nightmare. there was no reserved hotel parking and it’s situated right between a Cheesecake factory and a Dave and Buster’s. we were not prepared to circle the parking lot for 20 mins on a freezing Saturday night to find parking. only other minor complaint was that the sink and bathroom outlet was right behind the bed and water leaked from the sink behind there. this could pose as a safety hazard.

Check-in was fast and easy. As soon as we arrived I provided my name, verified payment on file and gave me key cards. Room was quiet and very clean. Bar with lounge upstairs on 7th floor with live music. We were on the 2nd floor and didn't hear anything. Nice firepit outside in an enclosed area. Very nice gym. The location is located right at Hamilton Mall. You are close to many shopping centers, restaurants, movie theater (Regal). There is plenty to do around.

Channels are very limited. Mostly news channels. No house keeping during your stay. There was a very small fridge in the room that was cold but not chilled. No microwave in your room however they do have them available to the guests in the lounge areas. Bed is very firm and pillows were not very soft. Felt like laying my head on inflatables. My card was charged for more at check-in than what was on the final invoice provided by Aloft at check-out which I am looking into. I could see myself staying here again if only for maybe a day or two. I probably wouldn't stay longer than that due to the amenities.

I liked that the furnishings technology ECT were up to date, the fitness center had great equipment and was open 24 hours, and the location was convenient to everything...shopping, dining out. I liked my room because it was so much larger than the other rooms due to me requesting a corner room.

I didn't like that you had to have room key to get on the elevator and access the rooms. It was inconvenient to have to go down and let visitors in. I understand the security part of it but it's also an huge inconvenience.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. the property was clean and very cozy! The guest were friendly and nice. Very nice location. It was close to the mall, stores and lots of restaurants.

The staff wasn’t the friendliest. They weren’t the happiest when we entered and left the hotel. During check out the young man didn’t seem happy about being at work. Overall it was great other than the personal encounters with workers.

There are great, unique touches throughout the property. The room we had, a corner room, was quite large. This property is very close to shops and restaurants, and is within ten minutes of the Tennessee Aquarium.

The automatic blind, on one of our windows, didn’t function properly. Since this location shares a parking lot with a mall, there were lights from traffic and the parking lot itself, coming in the window all night. If you, like me, are a light sleeper, this may not be the best location for you. Between the lights, and the outside noise, it was difficult to get a restful sleep.
