This hotel gets a TRIPLE A PLUS from me for so many reasons!!! It has an awesome entrance !! The hotel is beautifully landscaped both up the hill as you approach and in front of the hotel when you arrive as well. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Our room when we entered had my name on the tv screen saying WELCOME SUSAN with a really cool background in back of that and the room itself was super clean and had very comfortable beds . And the breakfast was delicious. I also loved the outside sitting area right by the indoor breakfast area. This hotel honesty is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at. Both inside and out with amazing service!!

The staff was great. We loved the pool being warmer than others we’ve used before. We checked in pretty late (11:30pm) and the lady at the front desk was so sweet to us and our daughter after explaining the nightmare we had at a different hotel.

The only complaint I really have is that there were a lot of drain flies in the pool room and our bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner. There was hair on the floor and that kinda thing. I brought my own Lysol wipes so it wasn’t a huge concern for ME but 🤷‍♀️ The beds are not very comfortable either but it was fine for a couple nights!

Breakfast was delicious. Warm, and absolutely great sausage and apple juice... The view from our room of Chattanooga area was well worth it. ALL the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Had no problem contacting anyone when I called, as my wife's gift was to arrive a day earlier than expected. Someone was going to make sure that it was placed in the refrigerator at my request. They did and retrieved it when I needed to to sneak it into the room to surprise her while we were out. We checked in and noticed how high up the hotel after we were assigned a room, and they were so pleasant and helpful in changing it to a higher floor so we were able to enjoy the view.

The way the door was so close to toilet in the toilet/shower room was a slight issue.

Check-in & out were fast and easy. The room was clean. The AC unit wasn't too loud. TV channel selection was good for just wanting to relax from a busy day.

There was an outside patio outside our room a few floors down and there was a group being extremely loud late into the evening. It was 10:30pm by the time I finally fell asleep, but they were very disruptive to me and my family who had already spent 10+ hours traveling in the car and just wanted to sleep. I would suggest having staff ensure that quite times are being adhered to since the entire point of a hotel is sleeping.

Very clean room, wonderful breakfast provided. Comfortable beds and A/C worked well. Plugs convenient for medical device and charging various devices.

Lack of towels for 3 people (only set of 2 provided, but picked up more at front desk). Adult daughter was not surprised there was no room service, and completely agree with no bedding needed changing for 2 night stay. However, I did expect towel service each day. Finally, learned from my brother staying there too that he got a Senior Citizen discount on rate; but said you had to ask for it. I did not, so paid a little more even though I'm 66+.

The Hampton is in a Great Location, on a hillside close to the mall with views, but not too close to the mall to have a bunch of noise. It was a little older, but the staff was top notch, and it was one of the better hotel breakfast bars that I have had. The Heated Pool was awesome!

One of the two elevators was down for maintenance, which made it a little bit of a bottle neck for folks that have bags. Hopefully they will get that fixed soon. I also didn't mind using my legs to go up the stairs to get out of my lazy funk.

Breakfast was really good, lot of selections. room was nice size but not clean. we usually pick place with indoor pool. it looked great , but extreme loud screaming kids right up to closing time at 10 pm....we never was able to enjoy it.

This was the second time we have stayed at this facility this year. It has become our 'go to' place when visiting Chattanooga. The location is great, close to the interstate, shopping, and restaurants. The breakfast is one of the best we have experienced at any hotel/motel and would put many restaurants in our area to shame.

If I could change something, I would make the beds softer and more comfortable. Definitely on the firm side and with a plastic 'sheet' under the sheet, it made a noise every time a person moved.

Great hotel in a great location. Plenty of shopping and dining options around. Close enough to downtown that you can quickly get there without paying downtown hotel prices. Nice modern rooms, heated pool, good breakfast, clean facilities inside and out.

My request for adjoining rooms was fulfilled

No body wash in bathroom. There was a bar of soap. And one of the staff stated she doesn’t hold to people requests for adjoining rooms which the other clerk says she always fulfills the requests. I think this is sad when that she doesn’t try to go out of her way to fulfill the request
